I would like to say that we enjoyed the home immensely however, the pool and hot tub never reached the temperature that was told to us and conveyed through all of the literature. We email 2 weeks ahead of time and reserved the heating of the pool and the hot tub and received confirmation of the request. The pool nor hot tub was heated when we arrived at the property. Then we had to call another two times for the pool service to come out and check the heaters. Finally we gave up! I had read in an earlier review that this was an issue and tried to head it off to no avail!

Very nice property as advertised on line. Game room and themed kids bedrooms were a big hit. Really nice place to relax after several days at the theme parks. Overall we would return. Only negatives: Heating the pool is an extra charge and took about a day and several phone calls to get working, but eventually it did. Check in code also wasn’t correct t when we got there, but someone came out right away and fixed iit.

This property was absolutely beautiful. I loved that everything in the house worked without any complications. It was very clean, well organized and very spacious. The surprise game room was an amazing bonus. Well worth my money, I will be returning.

We had 5 families at this house, a total of 11 adults and 7 kids ages 5-9. It was a great house for us. It was clean, the pool was warm as we requested. The bedroom layout was good, we never heard each other as we each got up at different times (early!) to get out the door to the theme parks. They converted the garage into a game room full of arcade games and that was an unknown bonus to us. Jeeves was easy to work with and super quick to respond every time I had a question. Hurricane Ian ended our trip 1 day early and Jeeves had a team there bringing in all the outdoor furniture, etc. Waterpark in the neighborhood was very low-key and fun enough for our young kids. We had everything we needed! :)

This house was amazing, From the check in process to the time of check out. The house was even more beautiful then the pictures. The surprise of a game room was great, the pool area and outside kitchen and fireplace were awesome and where we spent most of our time. The house was clean beyond our expectations. We had age range from 6 mos to 50 years old. Will would rent this house again for sure.
