Helpful Resort Information

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is strictly 10:00 AM.

• Home Week Check-In Day: Saturday.

• Minimum Check-In Age: Primary registering guest must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Arrival Instructions: Guests must pull up to the gatehouse at the resort entrance to be directed to the Clubhouse Lobby for check-in.

• Deposit Requirement: Please be advised that Tuscany Village, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club requires a $100 deposit for incidentals upon arrival.

• Daily Resort Charge: Guest internet access; domestic long distance calls (30 min max per day); TV streaming & casting services; 2 cups of Starbucks coffee or 2 16 oz. bottles of water per day; select daily activities (fitness classes, kids arts and crafts); 10% discount on 60 min massage. Price includes $30.00 USD resort charge per night, but excludes taxes and government charges.

• Parking Details: We offer complimentary self-parking on a first-come, first served basis. Our shuttle will transport you from overflow parking lots as needed. On-site self-parking is available at $10.00 USD plus 6.5% tax per day. Parking Shuttle 6:30pm-3:00am. Valet and EV charging are not available.

• Late Arrival & No-Show Policy: Guests arriving after midnight must notify the front desk in advance to prevent reservation cancellation.

• Early / Late Checkout Fees: Early checkout assesses a 1-night room rate fee plus taxes. Late checkout is $75 USD (10:00 AM–2:00 PM) or full night stay rate after 2:00 PM (subject to availability).

House Rules / Policies

• Non-Smoking Property: A $250 USD fee will be assessed for smoking in non-smoking rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

• Strictly No Pets: Pets are not permitted on property grounds. Officially documented service animals are welcome.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
