Nice comfortable house
Wife and I rented for a seminar at University of Florida campus nearby. The house is nice with lots of room. It is in an older, family orientated neighborhood so there are lots of children on bikes, skate boards etc outside so you do hear that noise a bit.
Be aware that this house is in a neighborhood next to the local airport and seems to be along the landing flightpath for traffic 6am to 10pm mostly. If you have hearing sensitivity as my wife and I do, this may be good to know as the rumble from planes overhead may be an issue if you spend most of your day at the home. Hanging out at the nearby parks and attractions all day would not make this much of an issue for most. FYI.
All in all, the home was nice and comfortable. It had all the basics of kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc. Large refrigerator/freezer. We actually had to use the heater for a little bit early in the morning because Orlando got down to the low 40's. It worked so good we only ran it for 15-20 minutes to bring up the temp a bit. Being from South Florida, I haven't had to use a heater in a long long time.
4/5 rating is really only due to the airplane noise level and may not really be an issue for most people, only us. For the price it was a good deal. Thank you for letting us stay so that we didn't need to stay at a hotel. Lot of space here to make this home a base of operations for having fun in Orlando.
PS. The only recommendation I would make is to please add some window coverings to the front door windows for privacy at night.
