Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. They will also have access to the Resort's Clubhouse and amenities by paying a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly to the Solterra Clubhouse Office:

Driver Registration/Guest Parking (HOA Enforced Rules):
One name per vehicle must be provided to register at Guard Gate-House. Names must be provided at least 48hrs prior to arrival.
Only registered guests may park overnight (limit of 5 per home)
Overnight street parking is allowed in designated parking spaces only, which are marked with 2 white lines.
• There is no parking allowed on the grass, common areas or any lot. Please do not block sidewalks.
• Commercial vehicles, RV’s, Trailers, ATV’s and Boats are only allowed to enter TEMPORARILY for loading and unloading.
• Gate Guards are NOT able to file any waivers to the parking rules.
No parking at the Clubhouse after 11pm
Your vehicle may be towed if parked on the street (except in marked spaces), extending over the markings for a parking spot, parked without the proper guest pass, on any lawn or green space, blocking or impeding the sidewalk and in a manner that may impede the passage of emergency or utility repair vehicles.
Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing at the (vehicle) owner’s expense.
• Visitor passes expire at 10:00pm.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

• HOUSEKEEPING - There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Property is not pet-friendly
**No Parties or Events**
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings at the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and additional fees for extra cleaning or damages.
