Disappointed by Lack of Maintenance and Cleanliness
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several unresolved maintenance and cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, we discovered that the upstairs toilet was clogged. Despite calling the property management daily, no one came to fix it throughout our entire stay, leaving the upstairs area with an unpleasant odor. Each day we were assured that someone would arrive the following day, but that never happened.Additionally, the downstairs toilet had a noticeable black ring when we arrived, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned. We also found shed human hair—likely from the cleaning staff—throughout the home, including in the bedding, bathroom, kitchen, and living areas, which was unsettling. Several rugs had stains that resembled pet accidents, which made us uncomfortable as we do not own pets and were not expecting such conditions.There were also maintenance concerns: some of the closet doors were broken or off track, the sliding doors were not functioning properly, and the towel holder in the bathroom came off due to poor installation.While we appreciated the location and layout of the property, these issues significantly impacted the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. We hope the management team takes steps to address these concerns for future guests.
