Solana Sunset

A sunny resort home featuring a west facing pool deck with hot tub and games room. The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and plenty of space to relax with two living areas. Solana Resort is a well-situated gated community with fantastic amenities; all within minutes of all the popular shopping and dining options and 20 mins from Disney.

The bright living area has comfortable sofas looking out to the pool area. There is a large TV with cable services and high speed internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast area, or formal dining area to share a meal together. Or why not dine outdoors with patio seating for 10.

The pool deck faces west and enjoys the Florida sunshine from midday to the end of the day. Splash around in the crystal clear pool, relax on the loungers or soak in the hot tub as the sun goes down. Pool/hot tub heating is available at an additional cost.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

The master bedroom, with access to the pool deck, boasts a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden bath tub, plus large closet. There are two twin bedroom that the children will love, that share a bathroom. There is a further sophisticated queen bedroom with own bathroom.

Don’t forget about the games room! There is hours of fun to be had with the pool table and foosball.
Washer and dryer available for guest use. Pets where agreed - $95 additional cleaning.

Solana is a well-kept gated resort and boasts a large community pool area, tiki bar, children’s play area plus beach volleyball and mini-golf. At the clubhouse, there is a fitness center and lounge area. The home is conveniently located close to a large Publix supermarket with a range of restaurants and takeaways nearby. Just two miles away is the Posner Park shopping area. Solana Resort is located well for Disney parks (around 20 mins), Universal (35 mins) and Legoland (20 mins). Also close by is Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course which is highly regarded and is open to the public year round.

Mini getaway

We spent 5 nights at the property for the purpose of relaxing and enjoying the pool. The weather was great and the pool was relaxing. There was a small problem with it in day one but the property manager responded and dispatched someone within minutes. Well stocked appliances, game room was a nice addition. Thank you for a nice stay!

Fantastic property, offered plenty of space and amenities, the host responded fast and was extremely friendly and helpful. If we ever go back to Florida we will definitely be seeking this property out again.

House is almost an hour from Universal, not 20 minutes. There wasn’t enough dish soap, dish pods or garbage bags so I couldn’t wash dishes properly & I’m not spending money in a rental on stuff that should be included. I am in the hospitality industry & that would make renters happy. Other than that, the house was nice and accommodating.

Great time

We had a wonderful time at our Sonoma house. It was perfect for our 4 kiddos and 2 of their friends and my parents tagged along as well. It’s a short drive to universal which we went to a few days and only around 2 hrs to gulf coast (treasure Island). The house had everything we needed to cook and clean with and kept all the kids entertained esp the heated pool and hot tub. We were all very pleased and will def try to book this property anytime we come to Orlando area!!!
