The resort charges a resort fee of $20 per vehicle per stay. If you don’t have a vehicle, a $20 resort fee is charged per
stay. Guest's contact details must be provided on the rental contract to facilitate registration at the resort.

✹ POOL HEATING: The pool and spa can be heated for your comfort. A small additional fee of $40/night is applicable. Please advise us in advance if heating will be required during your stay.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: Enjoy exclusive access to the Emerald Island community amenities, including the Clubhouse, Tiki Bar, pool and spa, sauna, sports courts, nature trails, fitness center, and several playgrounds. The resort’s business center provides the ideal distraction-free setup for anyone needing to study or work during their vacation.

✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests will need to sign a rental agreement upon reservation of the home. A government ID must be provided.
