House was great for our family everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house and pool were clean. It was also extremely close to the club house and its huge pool. Also very easy to get to Disney World. Our only issue was not enough cooking equipment. Plenty of cups, plates and utensils but only 2 very small frying pans and 1 huge pot no baking pans at all. We had to go to target and buy cooking pans as we could only fry 2 pieces of bacon at a time in their small pans and with a family of 8 that just wasn’t going to work. But we would stay here again just leave room in the vehicle to bring our own.

Overall everyone enjoyed our stay, the closeness of the clubhouse/water park was awesome, we were just steps away. The home was beautiful and well kept. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We are looking forward to booking next year for our family vacation.

Overall the home was ok. The house could really use a deep clean and some minor maintenance issues need to be resolved. Especially the garage door. Could really use pest control. The bedding and towels were nice and clean. The location is right behind the club house, which was nice. You will not get your code until 4 on the dot.

Family theme park get away

We loved the house. It was clean and just as shown in pictures. Close to all the parks. The bonus pool on property was very nice for the youngest of the group because she loved the pool and water slide. When weren’t busy at a park we were at the very well maintained pool. I would recommend this place to everyone.

It’s ok

Pool is small. We seen a few bugs. It’s always traffic entering the resorts. But other than that it was great.

Attention

The clean of the house is poor and the kitchen need more atention on utensils specially if people that comes like to cook like us!! The pool doesn’t have heat and that’s fine but never heard that jacuzzi doesn’t have heat!!!

Christmas Vacation 2024

The home was nice and all, but it could use a deep clean. This house was left cleaner than when we arrived. Dishwasher was broken and leaked all over. And who ever heard of a hot tub not having heat, let alone unheated pool. There was no BBQ grill. The guest parking was ridiculous and not nearly enough. Also maybe having a little extra bedding, and towels. But like i said it was a nice home but there are some improvements that could help. Resort pool and hot tub were amazing. Lazy river way to cold!

Disappointing

House was mostly clean and functional but we had ants in one bathroom, a shower curtain that wouldn’t stay up, a hot tub that couldn’t be heated, a house that sleeps 12 people yet we had only 8 forks and 8 spoons in the kitchen. Very little in the way of pots and pans for cooking etc. There was no way this was a kitchen equipped to make a meal. Glass glasses in a house where you’re bound to have young children. A Tv in every room but only 2 were useable. Overall a disappointing experience which could have been avoided with some forethought by the owners.

Exactly like the pictures!!!

It was very clean!! Had exactly what you needed! The pool was a little dirty but we didn't use it anyway! The amenities was worth the price! The pool was heated had nice slides and a good restaurant on site!! Would definitely recommend this property!! Every room had its own bathroom!!!

House was dirty, hot tub didn't work

The house was physically fine, It was dirty. Sheets were stained when we first arrived, same with pillow cases, some bugs in the bathrooms and a roach was in the big bed downstairs when we came back the 2nd night. Hot tub didn't ever get hot, the water filter in the fridge was showing the red light.

Awesome house!

We had so much fun. It was comfortable and felt like home. The house was clean and had all the amenities to keep us and the kids entertained. We would stay here again!

Congested area

Every time we went anywhere we either had to pay tolls or get on I-4 which was a huge traffic jam at all hours of the day. The layout of the house was nice but it could use some routine maintenance and better cleaning. The neighbors were loud at all hours of the night and the security patrol all night with their flashing lights kept us up. I guess it’s a trade off for the price. If your looking for close to Disney without the Disney price this is for you.

Très confortable pour un groupe de six adultes

Il s’agissait de notre 5e ou 6e séjour au Solterra Resort. Nous y retournons car le quartier satisfait tous nos besoins; sécurité, propreté, tennis, piscine, gym, etc. La maison louée ce printemps est spacieuse et confortable. Entièrement, à notre satisfaction. Des ajustements ont facilité l’accès au quartier. C’est une grande amélioration, très appréciée. Seule petite ombre.. le mobilier qui agrémente l’espace piscine devait comprendre six chaises.. il y en avait trois dont une brisée. Les deux chaises longues étaient brisées aussi. Nous comprenons que, probablement, plusieurs locataires sont peu respectueux des biens d’autrui. Si vous êtes un locataire potentiel, prenez soin de la maison comme si c’était la vôtre. Tous les locataires à venir y gagnerait. Bref, pour mon groupe, encore cette année ce fut une superbe expérience que nous répéterons. Merci au locateur Florida Scandi Vacation et à VRBO.

Very nice

Location was great! House was fine. I wish the pool and hot tub were heated but I was told in the description of the property that they were not heated. Second we could have used a few more towels and especially wash cloths. There was only one wash cloth per bathroom and one hand towel. Otherwise all was good. Loved the neighborhood pool close to House!

Excellent

Was pleasantly surprised with the spacious living quarters and updated kitchen and bathrooms. This place was spotless. Looks brand new! Would highly recommend to anyway. There is only one draw back which is the entrance to the resort. Takes you at least forty-five minutes to enter off the main one lane road coming in from RT 4 to the Guard Gate. One night it took us over and hour. Very frustrating, but if you can over look that you'll love this community. We would stay again.
