Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.
IMPORTANT Notice: Waterslide & Splash Pad Closure
Please note that Windsor Hills Resort Waterslides and Splash Pad will be closed for scheduled maintenance approximately from January 5th, 2026 to February 16, 2026, weather permitting. During this time, the resort pool, clubhouse, marketplace, fitness center, and arcade will remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment. We appreciate your understanding as the resort works to keep its amenities in great condition.
Pool Heat/Spa is available for $40 per night and must be purchased for the duration of your stay. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so. If your stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, it may not reached the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so.
Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.
Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
There is no usable BBQ grill on property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.
- Please note that Windsor Hills registration system requires an ePass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.
***Import notification: Windsor Hills Resort Pool is scheduled to be closed from September 1st to October 6, 2024, for general maintenance. We will receive updates and communicate with guests during your stay.
