Rental Agreement:
• All guests are required to sign a rental agreement via DocuSign prior to check-in.

Gated Resort Access:
• All drivers must be registered before arrival
• The optional SAGE app provides faster entry (we provide a download link)
• Guests without the app may enter through the regular security gate using their registered name each time

• This home is self-check-in.
• Guests will receive a personalized door code prior to arrival.
• There is no lobby or in-person check-in.

• All drivers must be pre-registered with the security gate prior to arrival
• Maximum of three (3) vehicles allowed per reservation

A complimentary starter supply is provided for day one only:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• Travel-size hand soap and shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• Dish detergent and sponge

* Basic kitchen essentials are included (pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils).
* No condiments, seasonings, coffee (or filters), or tea are provided.

Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)
• Available October–March for $45/day
• Must be requested for the entire stay
• Must be requested at least 72 hours before arrival
• Last minute reservations we cannot accept pool heating
• Heating takes 24–48 hours
• Pool and spa share the same water; spa heating requires pool heat
• Not available April–September
• Heating effectiveness may vary below 60°F

Pool Service
• Pool is serviced every Monday
• Pool may be unavailable for approximately 3 hours during servicing
• Pool heating is not intended to reach hot tub temperatures

Pool & Spa Use:
• Guests use the pool, spa (if applicable), and surrounding areas at their own risk.
• No lifeguard is provided, and guests are responsible for the safe use and supervision of everyone in their party.
