Disappointed

I had stayed here back in March of 2019 and had a great experience. The unit this time was clean but the furniture was extremely worn and stained. The items previously provided like shampoo conditioner lotion and tissue paper were not provided. Only one hand towel per bathroom and no extra towel service. Not much but still it was not as comfortable as before.

Book through Reunion not a third party

I have stayed at Reunion several times but never with a third party hosting. The savings was substantial but there was no access to amenities even though a pool was mentioned throughout the paperwork. The furnishings were adequate but old, in poor condition and with stains and odors. The ice machine jammed and there was no recourse even though they were promptly notified. Pay a little extra and let the capable Reunion staff handle your stay. The digital check in and the prompt email responses from the thrid party renters was good but having to provide photos of my ID and of my face prior to be "accepted" made me VERY uncomfortable.

Nice 3 Bedroom, but in need of repair.

Positives: Nice 3 bedroom unit, good ac, nice beds, old but nice L shaped couch, well stocked kitchen. Negatives: Dryer was broken and did not spin. Washer start button was broken and took a lot of work to get started. This was quite a problem for me as I rented the unit specifically so I could was clothes as I was in the middle of an extended trip. Batteries for most of the remotes were weak or dead. Trash bag liner was super thin and of course broke when removing the trash. This was really aggravating, they need to provide nice trash bags as the trash dumpster is far from the unit. How cheap can one get? No was cloths provided. Wrote an email to Intelli Fun about my concerns and the email went unanswered.

Awesome stay

The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and perfect for our big family. There were a couple stains on the carpet and a few broken pillows but it wasn’t an inconvenience. Overall our stay was very pleasant. It’s the size of a one story home but in a condo. Will definitely book again !

ove Reunion

It was great, location is perfect in Orlando close to Disney. Reunion is a great community and the apartment I rented was very clean and comfortable. Owners should try to get access to the waterpark to their guests.

Apartamento perfeito!

Só tivemos um probleminha com a senha para entrada no apto no check in, mas q foi logo resolvido pelo atendimento via WhatsApp. O resto foi simplesmente perfeito! Apto maravilhoso num condomínio sensacional! Super indico!
