As the name suggests,The Reserve @ Town Center Resort is a small, exclusive, gated community. The 95 villas that make up The Reserve are finished in soft pastle colours, and the roads are lined with palm trees, to create that holiday feeling immediately you drive through the imposing gates.
The community is set in a conservation area and is built along the banks of a lake and around a pond. Most homes back on to water or conservation, ensuring maximum privacy and relaxation.

OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ENHANCE YOUR VACATION -

1. POOL HEATING - This is an optional add-on to your booking, the cost of which is non-refundable. This home is equipped with a pool heater that can heat the water to a comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. Please note, the heated temperature achieved by the heater, depends on a few things:
A. The external temperature. For example, if the temperature externally is 30-60 degrees, the pool heat will never get to 90+ degrees.
B. The pool is over 35,000 gallons of water. It will take approximately 24 hours for the heat to make a difference in the pool.
C. The pool heater is connected to the pool pump. As such, it does not run overnight.

2. A BBQ grill can be rented. Consider adding a BBQ grill to your reservation. We all know that a BBQ grill can bring the family together for lots of outdoor fun and food. Be sure to add this to your reservation.
