The community and pool were great, offering a nice place to relax. However, the gym was quite small. The apartment itself was decent, but we encountered a few issues. The bathroom tub wouldn’t drain, and when I checked the drain, it appeared to be clogged with what looked like a year’s worth of hair—definitely unpleasant. Additionally, the oven didn’t work, which forced us to spend around 500 on eating out—an unexpected expense. I contacted the provided number for maintenance, and while someone did come to check, they were unable to fix the problem, leaving us without cooking facilities for the entire week.To make matters worse, we received a notice the night before that fire alarm testing would take place the next day. This resulted in multiple interruptions as representatives entered and exited the condo to test the alarms.Overall, the unit was okay, but the combination of the non-functional oven and fire alarm disruptions made it less relaxing than expected. No one reached out to credit us for any issues.
