I definitely enjoyed my stay at Windsor Hills. This is my third experience staying in the complex and I will continually go back. The location to Disney and Walmart are amazing, and the water park is a lot of fun. Check in is easy and there are always helpful gate guards available. This particular home was clean, spacious, and had a lot of great qualities. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. It was very clean and well maintained. It also had plenty of life vests and towels available (wish there had been some pool toys like diving rings or squirters). The kids also loved the themed bedrooms and we all appreciated having our own space at the end of a long day in the parks. The fridge was clean, worked well and had an ice machine. We used the provided stroller, and booster seat (It should be noted that technically, the booster seat expired in 2024), and overall were very happy with our stay. However, a few things could use improvement. The couch was quite saggy and wasn't the most comfortable. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided per bathroom, so we needed to purchase more halfway through the week. The princess beds need to be tightened. The super hero bed was very squeaky. The silverware was lacking teaspoons. Finally, while there was plenty of kitchen seating, there was not a place where we could all sit at the same table together (6 people).Overall, I would stay here again, but the above could use some improvements. Geoff was responsive to all my messages.
