Perfect Place

We loved the house, the private pool was a great added benefit. The neighborhood was clean, friendly and the pool and club house area was great to spend down time at.

Spring break Disney trip

The property was close to attractions but out of the hustle of the city. It took us about 15 minutes to get to Disneyworld. The children loved having the private pool. We had a range of ages 8-66 and it accommodated all of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for large family

The private pool just out the door was perfect for our family with several small children. It is 4ft deep and right out the door making it easy to supervise children and have quick access to snack, restroom, etc. The kids room is super cute and sleeps up to 6! The beds are comfortable. The property manager was quick to respond and accommodating. The security is good and property has a great movie theater (no extra charge), awesome arcade, convenience store, bar, and large community pool/hot tub. Lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores near by.

AMAZING STAY!

This stay was incredible for my nephews trip and 8 of his family members. Extremely clean place and spectacular patio with pool. Thanks to Paul for looking out for us with the check in and check out process.

Wonderful Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. There were 2 large bedrooms upstairs with 2 washrooms, and one other bedroom on lower lever with additional washroom. All appliances worked perfectly and we loved the small pool in our courtyard. My only 2 suggestions to the owners would be to replace all light bulbs that are burned out, and the carpets were a little stained and could use a cleaningsomewhat stained

Good, quick and convenient booking

We needed a quick, inexpensive booking close to sea world. Was perfect for our 11 person party and well behaved dogs. Personal pool was a nice addition. Wish we had longer to stay, sure beats having to book a hotel.

This place is amazing. The kids loved the pool and the disney themed bedroom. My wife and i love all the space everyone had to relax. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. We would rent it again in a heartbeat

Great spot close to attractions

It was a great place. Lived up to our expectations. Enjoyed a relaxing day hanging out there as well as the convenience to WDW. We were at the parks in less than 30 minutes every morning. Easy location to get groceries and supplies. Provided everything as described on site. Would highly recommend.

Better than a hotel...

Home was a perfect size. It was spacious, with room for everyone to have privacy. Some cosmetic issues in the house, but nothing to deter you from renting, basic wear and tear from a rental. Communication with the team was excellent, they responded quickly to any question I had. I'm grateful for the opportunity, and would stay here again.

Nice stay

Overall good stay. The carpet could use replacing. Very stained. There wasn't any hand soap in any of the bathrooms. Issue checking in at the front but got resolved fairly quickly. The private pool was nice to have. The community pool area was very nice.

Definitely would recommend

We stayed with a family of 7. The property was nice and we had no complaints other than the pool wasn't very hot at first after paying the extra to heat it. We called and within an hour someone was there adjusting it. The temperature was awesome the rest of the time there. The community pool and clubhouse was pretty awesome too. I would definitely recommend staying at the unit in the future.

Good but not great

Our stay was fun, and the place has the potential to be very nice. There were a few shortcomings we didn’t enjoy, but overall it was a good stay. We couldn’t find any wash clothes or dish towels, it didn’t seem like it was cleaned very well previously, and the grill didn’t work. We actually went & bought a small charcoal grill, and left it for the next guests. We also had no idea working remotes for any tv except the living room, it wasn’t an huge inconvenience since we all like to watch tv together as a family. Other than the lack of towels/rags, slight messiness, and grill it was fantastic. Very relaxing. The private pool is great! All the beds & the couch were super comfy.

Nice condo, not well prepared for guests

A nice condo with good space, so we were hopeful. The bunk beds are good for kids. Yet, the condo was not fully clean. Dirty dishes and appliances in cabinets. Very few towels, and 1-2 with tags on from Walmart (not washed) Hair left in the tubs and showers, not clean bathrooms. Many lights not working. Pool area lights not working. Dishwasher struggled to work, disposal not working, dryer barely worked, took two rounds to dry and left fuzz allllll over clothes.

Nice property

We stayed for 5 nights. Property is centrally located and well appointed. It had most anything we would need. Only downside we encountered was the gas grill was really not usable. It looks like it had a grease fire and was black and nasty, there was also no propane. Only other issue was the sliding door to the pool dies not lock. I emailed the rental company the morning after we arrived and never received a reply and the door was not fixed while we were there. We took anything of value with us since the unit could not be secured. Once that is corrected we would stay here again. The resort was quiet and not crowded and easy to get most places from here.

Not a pleasant stay

My family and I travelled from southern Illinois to florida for a much needed and long overdue vacation.Paul was accommodating as far as my ESA animals were concerned but the property was far from pleasant or accommodating.Let’s start at the entryway. No working outside porch light. Bulbs in downstairs bathroom burnt out. Carpet in downstairs bedroom stained and disgusting Bedding old and wrinkled. Burnt out lights in Kitchen area and some electrical outlets not working. Smoke detectors on ceilings looked as if they had been ripped out with wires hanging out. Dining area had tape on ceiling. Laundry room light was out also and missing the other door. Patio doors extremely hard to lock. Kitchen pots and pans were old and scratched up and very hard to cook with. Outdoor grill was nasty and hadn’t been cleaned in awhile so needless to say we didn’t use it.Pool deck dirty and needed power washing. Pool itself was gritty and slimy on the bottom. Back patio screen door did not lock.Stairwell carpet stained and dirty. Upstairs bedroom carpets also stained and dirty. Master bedroom had ripped curtains and again bedding old and wrinkled. The best looking room in the house was the room with all the bunk beds.Property did not have adequate toilet paper supply and was completely out in bunk bedroom.The pics on the advertisement showed a lake view from the pool area and the only view we had was the pool areas of surrounding patios. The one restaurant/bar was extremely expensive for their limited menu.This is one property I would not recommend until updated and thoroughly cleaned. I feel it has been falsely advertised and did not feel safe or comfortable there.

Great Resort

The resort is amazing with a fantastic pool, clubhouse, and gym. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The place needs some lighting to be replaced and the bbq grill does not work. Good location close to theme parks, shop, and dining option.
