A wonderful experience

We stayed there for 8 nights. The apartment is located very convenient to every where and very secure. Inside the apartment is neat and stylish. We have everything we need in the kitchen. The property managers are very nice and friendly. It seems that many people speaking Spanish in that area. I am thinking to learn some simple words of Spanish for next time to stay there.

Clean and kitchen was well equiped Too many rules and regulations to read and that took time I am not computer friendly and was being asked when I expected to get there and when I was expected to leave On vacation and didn’t like too many questions

Overall the property is great, however there was a smoke stinch on the screened in patio. The property was clean. There wasn’t enough washcloths, there was plenty of towels.

Great vacation property

This vacation property was beautiful, clean ,quiet and close to the attractions as well as the airport . Prior to arrival I was sent a video to watch that showed us the exact route from the gate to the rental that was very helpful . I will definitely stay at this property in the future.

Will definitely stay here again. The property was very clean and had everything you need for your stay. The property location had on site swimming pool and playground. As well as a restaurant.

Orlando vacation

Perfect place for our stay. Quiet condo. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Close to all attractions and the conference we were attending.

Interesting

The good- Owner was on top of communication and friendly. The location was convenient to why I was in town. The bad- The location was a bit difficult to find even with the owners detailed directions. The apartment is tucked away. I had several Uber drivers turned away at the gate by security. Back door does not lock. Some items in home were distressed. The ugly- The first night I was there I fell asleep with the TV on. I had the sound on the TV at 18 out of 50. Due to having severe hearing loss I need to have the TV at a level that is comparable to a loud conversation. I received a text and call after midnight to turn it down due to an alleged noise complaint (our neighbors were much louder than us to all hours of the night). This is perfectly fine and I never want to be that guest causing a rucks. What I did not find acceptable was a loud indoor alarm (high pitched, nonstop, similar to a fire alarm) going off at the owners discretion. The owner was able to remotely trigger this alarm and there is a sign next to it to call the owner if it goes off. The alarm kept going off even after I turned the TV off.

Fishing trip

Tranquil and relaxing

The home was clean, well -situated, well stocked for our 3 week + stay, and chock full of amenities: multiple pools, gym, tennis courts, golf course, and lovely grounds. There’s plenty of shopping nearby and multiple Orlando attractions are all within a half hours drive. Property owner/manager communicated promptly and clearly and check in, check out, and instructions Re the unit and the community were easy to understand. Would definitely stay here again.

Simple but good accommodations

Management worked with me, after some miscommunication (on my part) which I appreciated. Condo worked well for our quick trip. Would book through them again.

Exactly as described

Very clean and appointed as per pictures. Roomy condo. Close to restaurants and shopping. Did not use amenities of complex but looked nice. Fine place for adults or families.

Wonderful stay! Would stay here again!!

Very clean inside and out. Very tight security to get into the neighborhood, which was nice. Great amenities and very comfortable. Loved the pool. Francisco was prompt in his responses. Only downside (minor) was that the bunk bed was very squeaky. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Highly recommend this facility and Francisco as a host!!!!

Nice Place

My daughter and I stayed here for the week while she was going through orientation and moving into UCF. It was an easy drive to UCF (about 30 min) without using toll roads. The unit was clean and the clubhouse and pool areas were nice.

Business trip with dog

This property was located perfectly for work and overall I was satisfied by the stay. Check in was difficult as I was not given the proper code to the doo repeatedly which was frustrating as I was very tired from an overnight flight. I also had to provide all of the cleaning supplies, trash bags, dish washing detergent, dish soap, etc. While this is not something that overall presented a challenge it would have been helpful to know in advance so I could have been prepared to buy from the store prior to check in.

Great stay

Enjoyed our weekend there! Air works great and felt wonderful during heatwave! Great location for family with pets… on first floor and plenty of places to walk dogs! Few little suggestions to help next guests… extra trash bags, washcloths for bathrooms, extra kitchen towel, dishcloth or new sponge in kitchen! Overall… met our needs for weekend stay as we moved our son out of apartment at UCF! Close to shopping, restaurants and parks!
