This is a mini apartment attached to a house, but it was just enough for myself, child and 2 pets. Pictures are an exact replica of the living space. The neighborhood is quiet all times during the day. The location was central to everywhere i visited no more than 30 minutes away which was a plus. When I arrived the host was there to make sure I was satisfied and his communication was amazing. I would suggest that you bring all toiletries for bathroom and kitchen. If not, there is a dollar tree 5 minutes away. Also, if you are a person that stays cold please bring some type of heating mechanism along the A/C definitely works.

Not what I was expecting

First of all this is a room attached to a house that has many people living in it, the yard is full of cars. I was traveling with my dog and I wrote 3 emails and a note on the app about said dog and some other questions. No response to anything I said, til almost 10pm and I get a “noticed you brought a some dogs” message- which he would have known if he read anything I sent and proceeded to ask for more money. During the stay I was heckled 2-3 times a for a “5 star review” even though the 2nd night of my two night stay he had added several stipulations about my dog including for me to clean up the dog waste that was already there on site! There’s tons of bugs all through out the room and the window unit AC does not cut it for FL. Worst of ALL my husband pointed out a CAMERA he didn’t bother to tell us about!! You have to tell people they are being recorded!!! Unacceptable…host continued to email me for a 5 star review days after I left and had contacted Vrbo support. Would NOT stay here again

Value integrity & honesty? DON'T STAY HERE!

We arrived at this apt at 4:30, Friday, 1/27. The apt had not been cleaned and trash, dirty dishes, dirty bathroom greeted us. We were in town for the funeral of my husband's brother. We missed the Friday family visitation as the apt was not clean until after 7PM. No compensation was made for the 3 hours we could not get in causing us to miss the visitation. The Project Manager blamed everyone but himself for the missed cleaning and although he said reimbursement would be made, it was not. The owner was informed from the beginning of the fiasco but apparently condoned the non-actions of the PM as she took no action to rectify the situation.

Charming and comfortable

This is a lovely guest suite located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It's very close to the airport, but not so close that you are constantly bothered by planes overhead. It's sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and includes lots of thoughtful touches. I would definitely stay again. If you travel with your dog, however, you might not want to let it run around free in the back yard. My dog took off after the ducks and wound up in the lake!
