Communication was good at the beginning of our stay, but it changed once a problem came up.On the first morning, the front door lock stopped working as we were leaving. We spent about 45 minutes trying to get the issue resolved, which caused our family to arrive late to the amusement park. Since we couldn’t get a timely solution, we had no choice but to leave the home unlocked. We took our valuables with us because we were concerned about leaving them behind.We were told the lock would be repaired that afternoon, but when we returned that evening it still wasn’t working. The issue was not resolved, so we had to move to a different property the next day.Around 9:00 p.m. that evening, someone arrived to repair the lock without advance notice. Since we were already moving the next morning, we declined the repair.The move created additional problems. We had to leave the first property at 10:00 a.m. but couldn’t access the new one until after 4:00 p.m., leaving us without a place to stay for most of the day. We also had to throw away groceries, including ice cream and uncooked chicken, because we had no way to keep them refrigerated during the transition.The lock issue itself was unfortunate, but the lack of a timely resolution and the inconvenience that followed had a significant impact on our vacation.
