El lugar es muy malo, una habitación lleno de cucarachas, nos cambiaron al día siguiente tuvimos que dormir en ese cuarto. La otra habitación no funciono el aire, era una congeladora al solicitar el cambio la persona de recepción fue muy mala y grosera, cambiaron la habitación después de una hora aproximadamente. El lugar no lo recomiendo a nadie es muy malo así crean que es económico, deben mejorar en todo servicios e instalaciones. Solicite mi rembolso la primera noche mientras mataba las cucarachas y expedia me indico que la gerente estaría lista para hablar pero no la encontré. No creo que debería pagar por este servicios, espero mi rembolso de las dos habitaciones,.

I have been visiting this property for more than 20 years. This is the first time that I need to express that the staff was not that friendly. No additional towels and pillows available. Hallway rug was dirty. Roaches around. Need to pay more attention to cleaning and improve customer service

Rooms weren’t clean sheets had stains and when I asked for new ones they said they didn’t have any the phone didn’t work and the mini fridge was nasty inside I was going to the pool and it was dirty stuff at bottom of pool and debris all on water in pool the worst motel 6 I ever been to and I always a always stay at these hotels when ever I got to plan a trip not happy at all I would like a refund or some sort of a discount I know that not gonna happen you don’t care about your customers you care about money so I don’t know why I’m even bother.but I’m not happy with that hotel stay

Personal hostil y poco amable a nuestra llegada la empleada del front desk nos indica que la reservación no le aparecía y procedo a enseñarle mi confirmación y ella insiste que no le aparecía y que ella no podía hacer nada. Que teníamos que comunicarnos con expedía. Cuando estoy buscando para mostrarle la confirmación estas fueron sus palabras “Did you made the reservation or not” lo que para mi es algo un poco mal educado de decir si me vez que estoy esperando a que cargue la página. Cuando nos dice que teníamos que llamar a expedía nos dice que en esos casos nos teníamos que salir de la propiedad pero que en ese caso nos iba a dar 10 minutos para resolver después de eso nos teníamos que salir. Cuando llamamos a expedía ellos tenían la confirmación del lugar y trataron de negociar con la dama pero no fue de ayuda. Nos tuvimos que ir y buscar otro lugar. Me parece que la empleada simplemente no nos quería dar el cuarto o había dado nuestra habitación a otra persona. Lo cual me parece una falta de respeto ya que la reservación se había hecho con meses de anticipación y tenía a la mano la confirmación de expedía y mensajes del hotel confirmando la estadía. Definitivamente no los volvería a visitar terrible servicio y personal.

Latanya has a attitude problem and doesn't take care of property. It's spider and roach infested. Never have towels available and questionable characters always outside. Don't pay her $2 Expedia fee and she'll kick u out or if you write a review about her she'll make sure u don't stay here again but that may be doing u a favor. Go to extended stay America cheaper and u get a full kitchen

Got kicked out bc I gave my honest review of my experience from the miserable GM at this location. She treats ppl nasty sucks her teeth at you and just a ugly person inside and out. Beware there is roaches galore here, spiders and random homeless ppl at this location. We like wyndham better but we wanted to avoid a deposit but like they say you get what you pay for and this location is complete garbage. Only come here if its your last resort, maybe not even. Location in Kissimmee has a more empathy, GM prides herself in her property so no roaches, random bums or spiders.or mold at that location. Avoid this location at all costs. You will regret it just like I have.You've been warned unless u like being talked down to and love roaches.

Nice front desk agents minus the sassy gm. Area little shady due to the random questionable looking people outside. His property is just another Hotel shelter where you see people living out of definitely not a place for touristy people. Found roaches spiders bedding very cheap mold I mean you name it looks like Motel 6 just collects money and definitely doesn't put it back into the property. Very disappointed in the quality I believe that Motel 6 was a two-star property but after staying at this location definitely a zero Star Property. Only come here if you're homeless and even then I think other places would be better maybe Extended Stay America they at least have full kitchens. Motel 6 do better...

Latonya is miserable, unhappy with her life condescending and hates her job. She is a horrible nasty OLD lady. Her energy is like a dark cloud of misery and depression. Make sure to pay your $2 balance before 11 or shell threaten you. Also included in this environment is roaches, spiders and random dirty street people hanging out front.
