Well we checked in around 3.45 room wasnā€™t ready housekeeping had to update the system we waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes but nothing so we left went to Walmart for about an house came back around 5:30 still nothing

I really enjoyed my stay with my family, the only problem I have is that we have booked a reservation weeks in advance for a specific room and the day of they told us we canā€™t get it because someone else is in it . I think it was very unfair since we booked in advance she then told my daughter sheā€™s lucky to get a room what ? We paid for it I didnā€™t like the way they treated us .i really wanted to come back , but I have mixed emotions.people need to act right .

Booking our family vacation for Memorial Day in Orlando turned out to be a poor decision. Typically, we stay at decent hotels, but I chose Magic Moment Resort and Kids Club for its lower cost and good reviews. The pictures of the rooms and kids' activity zone looked promising. We had booked a room with two queen beds on Expedia. The room was advertised for four people, but the front desk charged us an extra $20 for our kids. This was the first time we had ever been charged extra for children at a hotel. After a wonderful day at Universal Studios, we arrived at the hotel exhausted but excited, only to be disappointed. The hotel felt more like a motel. Our room was hot despite the AC being set to 60Ā°F, and it felt cheap with uncomfortable mattresses. We called the front desk but got no answer, so we had to go in person. The staff sent a security guard who couldn't fix the issue. With no other rooms available, they offered a single King bed room, which couldn't accommodate our family of four. The service was terrible, with inadequate room conditions and staff. Eventually, the front desk agreed to a full refund, and we had to find another hotel at 11:30 PM. We settled down around 1 AM, with my younger daughter in tears from exhaustion. This experience ruined our vacation. The front desk refunded our on-site payment, but we still need to contact Expedia for the online payment refund. I have reached out to Expedia and am waiting for their response. Do not make the same mistake
