Loved our stay!!

House was just as pictured. Host was very quick to answer and it was close to the parks. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We travel as a family very often and stay a lot of places. This had to one of the best places we have stayed. It looked just like the pictures. We had a group of 16 and there was plenty of room for everyone plus more. 9 adults and 7 kids. It was nice to have the pool and the kids all loved it. The theater room was awesome to and they loved being able to watch movies on the bigger screen. We did have a few issues with the internet at the beginning but the owner was really easy to get a hold of and very helpful. We had our flight get delayed and they worked out a later check out with us. If we ever go back to Florida we will definitely stay again!

Nice stay

Nice place to stay! Everyone enjoyed the pool and kitchen was very nice and large! Only a couple issues, the a/c didn’t work so well as the temperature had to be set to 74 but it was in the 90s most of our stay and the upstairs was hot most of the time so had to buy some fans. The theater room was nice and cool but could use some updates on the recliners as some of them did not work. Was still a nice stay! The owner’s reply was quick to any problems we had. Thankyou for a great time!

Spacious 8 bedroom home great for large groups!

We rented this wonderful 8 bedroom home for our week long stay at Disney World this summer. We had a large family group all staying together so this space met our needs. Pros: Size - the 8 bedroom layout is amazing! Plenty of options when it comes to sleeping arrangements. Wheelchair accessible - for us this was important Backyard pool - we loved having a pool right outside that we could enjoy and cool off without having to drive somewhere. (A note to the owners: maybe give renters a heads up about when the pool guy comes to clean because he just showed up in the backyard and we also had to wait 3 hours after before using the pool) 1/2 Bath outside - this was a nice surprise as far as having a bathroom outside and not having to come inside from the pool all wet just to use the bathroom. However, it is the only 1/2 bath downstairs (the only other bathroom downstairs is the one in the master suite) which I didn’t realize until we got there Baby supplies - it was so nice to have a high chair, pack n play, and basic strollers supplied for us Location - this house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was about a 20 minute drive to Disney World. (Beware, there is almost always traffic in Orlando though so plan a little extra travel time to get to the parks) Movie/game room - this room got a lot of use from our group and helped entertain us in the evenings. There’s a pool table (a little worn, but works), some recliners, and a big screen Communication with owners and management - easy and quick Room for improvement: Cleanliness when we arrived - the outdoor trash/recycle cans were stuffed full and already out at the street when we arrived even though trash day was still days away. Because of this, there were flies everywhere. Also, there was sand in a few of the beds and on the floor of one of the bedrooms. I quickly realized how easy it is to track in because of the Florida landscape, but it’s still not pleasant to sleep in sandy sheets! Crib mattress - could stand to be replaced. We have a 6 month old and I felt that the mattress was way to soft to be safe for a baby. We ended up using the pack and play which worked just fine! Kitchen supplies - could use a few more dish cloths/towels Grill - works, but doesn’t heat well so it did take about triple the time for our food to cook the night we used it Overall, our stay was great and we would stay here again!

Very Disappointed

Don’t get me wrong the area was nice, but the overall stay was a disaster. The host literally argues with his guest. After I tell him what the problem Is he wants to go tit for tat, basically calling me a liar, instead of him/ or property manager coming to the home while we were there to take care of problem, they would wait til we leave to enter the home. Who enters the home with people valuables, without my consent. Now let’s get to the DETAILS : arrived 6/22 at about 1pm, check in not until 4pm , but we wanted to go by the house to see the location and where we would be staying got there around 2pm and immediately I text the host to let him know that the side of the house had a whole bunch of and it wasn’t in the trash can it was all over the grass, and the grass wasn’t cut. RED FLAG, that’s how I know no one came to clean the house for the next guest arrival. He immediately text back said some one will be over shortly. Kelly pulled up, his cleaning manager, she immediately got the trash put it on her truck and asked if we would like to check in early, since it was all clean we could but only if we rated them all 5s on the reviews, another RED FLAG. She briefly showed us around but we had people to get from The airport we weren’t able to walk the house properly, we left to get family arrived back at the house at 8-9pm first thing we did was try to watch tv to unpack ans enjoy first day, well WiFi or cable was t connecting to no tvs, I called host at 10 after unwinding to get his help to no avail we were on the phone over an hour couldn’t get it to work, he put in work orders with spectrum for monday.

Great place

Our group visits Florida to play golf every year. We were very pleased with the house. It’s in a great location also. The only issue was that the towels weren’t out at the time of arrival. They were still in the dryer and still wet. When we called the owner he immediately brought new towels. Very pleased and would stay there again.

Great place to stay. Very open floor plan.

was over all clean. Just found a few stains on the pillows, also eye lash on the table. Open soap in one room. Other than that pretty much clean!

Very nice home

The house was beautiful just as pictured. Us and friends had a great time here. There are only a couple of negatives. The pool being heated is not included in the price, which we did not know and no one mentioned to us, the bbq is also not included in the price. You are asked to do the dishes and wash the linens and towels, however there is no soap provided. Only 1 trash bag was provided for the kitchen. So overall we would recommend, just be aware of the above items.

Love it!!

Its just as the pictures show, 5 King Size bedroom with a Grand Master upstairs with a sofa bed and a crib, and 3 bedroom downstairs which 2 bedroom are the kids theme room and they have 2 double bed in each kid room. Beautiful layout for me and my family of 18.... 3 Bathroom upstairs and 1 downstairs and a half bath outside by the pool area.. Kids love the theater room . THANKS SO MUCH DUSTIN for getting everything taken care of very quickly... Will recommend to other family and friends...

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Lovely and spacious house; well maintained. Owner was very prompt in response. Four families with two kids each stayed in the house without any issues. Kids had a great time in the house and in the pool as well. We all wished that we had planned to stay in the house for a couple of more nights. We strongly recommend this house for up to four families with as many as 8 kids without any reservations.

Great location! Beautiful home.

Pool was awesome for everyone. Lots of space for the 14 of us that stayed here. Only complaints were that we needed more towels (including dish washing/drying) and definitely needed a full set of pots. Plenty of dishes and cups but we struggled when it came to meal prep time with the amount of pots available.

Spring break 2018

Spacious and roomy, lay out is a a little different than expected, large king bedroom is upstairs, kids room down stairs, only bathroom downstairs is half bath outside near poool. A little inconvenient however, we made the best of it. The boys likes the theater room, good hang out area. Good location near grocery and restaurants. I like that the owner is accessible and easy to work with. Thank you!

This place was absolutely gorgeous and looked exactly as described!

I was very impressed with the layout and location of the property. It was minutes away from Disney, restaurants, and shopping centers. I would definitely recommend this rental and have plans on utilizing it the next time I'm in town. The owner responded to all inquiries within minutes, it was a pleasure doing business with him.

The property was great.

Everything was fine only thing we had an issue with was watching cable in the movie room and the internet moving extremely slow. But other than that it was great. I will back next year.
