Enjoy our beautiful home located in a gated 18-hole golf resort featuring multiple pools, a relaxing lazy river, kids splash pad, resort restaurant, and 24-hour security. Inside, enjoy a private cinema with streaming services, premium cable, and a 9-speaker surround system. The backyard offers a summer kitchen, heated pool and spa, outdoor dining for 8, and a 55” TV—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.



The Space:

The entire place is accessible for our clients, There is only one room that’s in the garage that we keep maintains equipment there but it is always locked.

But everything from Pool,Spa, Movie theater is space accessible for all our future clients.



Guest Access:

Guest is access to the Club house in our Championsgates Resorts, access to the Splash pad, lazy river, as well the golf clubhouse if your party loves to golf as well.



Other Things to Note:

Our property is 1 hr away from award winning Clearwater beach, Tampa. 10-15 mins away from Epcot, Disney world,

Our resort is 24 hour secured with security officers patrolling.

Two different waters parks 3-5 mins accessible to your liking.
