Gorgeous Condo in Remote Location

This condo was beautiful and gorgeous and everything was as advertised. Communication with the owner was easy and, before my arrival, she responded to my questions rapidly. The fact that I didn't communicate with the owner during my stay is a testament to the fact that the condo delivered everything that was promised in the listing. The only factor to be aware of is that the condo is located in Solterra Resort in Davenport Florida which is approximately 50 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 25 minutes from Disney Springs, a popular outdoor mall with great restaurants. While there are a few Publix grocery stores 5 minutes from the house, there's nothing walking distance and there is no country store or mini-mart at Solterra so whenever you need to pickup a small item like milk or black pepper, you have to drive to the grocery store (for context, I live in NYC and I'm used to being able to walk to the store around the corner whenever I need something so while this was annoying to me, if you're a suburbanite, this is common and won't bother you). Bottom Line - this condo is gorgeous, it served our purpose and I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend it.

What a great place to stay! Price point was perfect, quick response from owner. My family and I were very comfortable, and there were 12 of us. Will definitely stay here again, or any other property owner may have!

Amazing Property

We had three small families stay here before we went on our cruise and it was the perfect size. The house was clean, nicely decorated and showed just like the pictures. We felt we had everything we needed for our short stay. The communication with the owner was amazing and everything was in great working order. The neighborhood is quiet and has easy access to many shopping centers. The community pool area was clean and there was plenty to do for our group that had kids ages from 2-12. Thanks again for the great stay!

Wow... What a vacation!

We had a fantastic family vacation staying at this beautiful home in Solterra Resorts. From the accommodating service to the clean and well-kept home, it was truly a home away from home. Jessica and Ashley went out of their way to make sure that our stay would be easy and relaxing with quick response times to minor questions day or night. It was really a great place to unwind and relax - we would definitely come back again!

PARADISE IN A HOME!

This is everything you are looking for and more. First things first, the owner Jessica is great and was there for us every step of the way with any questions or concerns we had. But what will steal your heart and put your stress at ease even more than the amazing owner, is the home itself. From the moment you walk in you feel as if you've walked into a luxurious getaway meant for the rich and famous. The home is spacious and beautiful, the kitchen is built for a chef, and the heated pool and hot tube will transport you to the closet thing to heaven on earth. The only complaints I have is that the pictures don't do it justice. If you are looking for a weekend getaway to forget the stresses of the real world, THIS is the home you are looking for!!
