Lake House Pets allowed

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage overlooking a lake. Close to several other lakes and dog friendly parks. Comfort was the number one reason when choosing the furniture and mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cook top oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer and flat screen TV. Free wifi, cable TV, HBO, Showtime, Amazon and Netflix. All outside common areas and yard to the lake are free for your use. Optional access that includes: pool, spa, sauna and gym for $35 per accommodation(not per person). In other words the daily fee is for all the amenities. So if there are 4 guests, the daily fee is only $35. To heat the whole pool it is an additional $45 per day. It is a daily fee that starts at 9 am and ends at 10 pm and includes all the amenities. This fee is not negotiable. You can invite 2 additional guest for 10 dollars a day per guest. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 a.m. for all amenities. The fee can be collected when you arrive or you can prepay by Venmo, if you decide to purchase access to the amenities. No parties allowed. No exceptions. We need a one hour notice to heat the spa. Thanks. This is a common area that is shared by us and other paying guests. Access to amenities is not allowed until after the fee is paid. Access fee does not include beverages located in the pub. Please no grilling on the pool deck. One off street parking available. Please park so that two other cars can park too. Accommodation interiors/decorations subject to change at the discretion of the property owners. Amenities are not always available to guest, we apologize for this inconvenience ahead of time, but there are times we the owners will reserve them for our private use. We now offer a professional office space for an additional 35 per day that includes a computer, printer, scanner, paper and zoom meeting light.

Rollins move-in magic

Tranquil property

We had an amazing 5day stay.. property is very relaxing and tranquil with secret paths through lush gardens covered by canopies of mature trees. It reminded me of my grandparents garden house in Germany. I take time to look at the construction details and/or renovations; let me tell you no corners were cut. Decor was also very spot on and inviting, the accommodations such as the pool and game room was a huge plus. I am very jealous of the game room/bar I would like to replicate the same set up at my home and this did give me some ideas! All in all I would highly recommend staying and relaxing you will be thoroughly impressed.

Great neighborhood, very nice outdoor area and nice inside. I didn’t read the fine print that the gym, sauna, pool and game room are extra you have to pay for so pay attention if you want that and you can’t see the lake from the cottage.

Nice place I highly recommend

This is a unique very nice place to stay. My family stayed there while visiting Disney. The hosts literally have everything you need at the house. They also are very nice. We actually forgot some clothes in dryer and they offered to mail them to us in SC. I would definitely stay there again

Amazing rental

This is an incredible property. The host is super nice and the amenities are top notch. Very convenient location, right by 4. We loved the sauna and the game room with pool, darts, airhockey, etc. It was too cold for actually swimming but the pool is gorgeous and the hot tub is impressive! Its also a small pond and has plenty of chairs for looking out- just overall a really peaceful and pristine setting that Im glad to have found in the midst of orlando. Will definitely look to stay here again.

This little gem is well...a gem. I have it booked for another stay and can't wait. The property is magnificent and Jerome and Neil are FABULOUS hosts. They are very inviting and accomodating. The propety is gorgeously appointed with an outstanding adult play room full of games, music and a new disco ball. We danced an evening away one song at a time with "hey goolgle play...". Adults shouldn't be allowed to have that much fun. It's a must on our repeat vacation list. The grounds are appointed like a private garden. Gardenias, lilies and tropical plants galore. Breath taking beauty. Be mindful that access to the pool, game room, sauna and grills are for an additional fee. 100% worth it, but difficult to discern based on property pics. Head down to the corner market for some delish artisan food and an amazing selection of booze. Worth every penny!

I didn’t like the property at all, bad smell in the house, Couldn't find control to turn the AC. The sheets were rough and poor quality, even the towels smell like the house (old) toilet was barely flushing, the toilet cover was flimsy, it didn’t look like the pictures at all.

A peaceful stay

It’s peaceful stay, but I didn’t enjoy the amenities because it was winter. The place was cold even with the heat up. The shower is small but doable. My husband is 6 ft 3 so he did sleep in the bed.

Resort-like Paradise

This place is amazing! We felt like we were in a resort. The lush landscaping had little paths to outdoor seating and serene views of the small lake and tranquil pool and spa area. The game room/bar had fun for the whole family. Everything was well-kept and our hosts were super helpful. Will definitely come back!

Sleepover

This place is amazing. It provides everything you need to be comfortable and more. I did it for my daughter 16 th birthday she had a sleep over. Next time I’m doing it just for me and the adults. The scenery is so beautiful there a little paths to little gardens of Zen. Very peaceful and relaxing. I absolutely love it.

Convenient location, comfortable and a lot of fun!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Lake Weldona! We were able to enjoy the amenities, such as the fitness center, pool and bar/game room. We wanted to but unfortunately didn't get a chance to use the sauna. We rented two of the condos and were very happy with both. They were comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days of living. Also, the location was great for the concert our kids were going to and a day at Universal. We definitely recommend it!

Wonderful Orlando Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely vacation retreat. Jerome was very attentive and quickly responded to our questions and concerns. He and his staff made every effort to ensure we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. It's a beautiful location with a pool, gameroom, scenic trails and a lake. It's a convenient location to good restaurants and walking distance to a great neighborhood deli. Highly recommend it!

We were in town for a wedding and the Lakehouse was just as fabulous as the pictures online. Enjoyed relaxing and playing pool by the pool! Hope to come back again some time!!!

Spring Break 2024

We stayed here during Spring Break so that we could visit the Universal Parks. The local was only a 10 to 15 minute drive to the Parks. The property itself was amazing over looking a lake and was very peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed it and my 3 children enjoyed it and loved the amenities.

Just PERFECT!

This was one of the most beautiful and original properties I've ever rented. Great location, just outside of the Orlando madness, but easy access to everything. The grounds are simply amazing... so much thoughtful care went into the design. And a picture-perfect neighborhood with a cute market on the corner. So much to do without even leaving the property. The pictures do not do it justice. Jerome and Neal are the best hosts and have put a lot of love into their property! Will definitely look to return whenever I'm in Orlando.

A really special place to stay!

The house and amenities are superb. We all enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and playing games in the game room as a family. I especially enjoyed walking around the gardens and looking out over the lake in the morning. Jerome is a wonderful host. I hope I get the privilege to visit again.

Beautiful property, amazing host

What an amazing property. It's true that it's even nicer in person than the pics suggest. Such a beautiful, well kept, clean and chill gem. You get the sense that you're in a little paradise where you can unwind and escape. We would definitely stay there again and are thinking of returning sometime for a family reunion. We spent the days chillaxing in the pool and evenings in the clubhouse playing pool and darts. Jerome is an awesome host as well. Very responsive and communicative and he did everything he could to make us feel welcome and went above & beyond.

This is a beautiful little hidden gem. You wouldn't know this little paradise is hidden behind these gates. All the necessities that you need right at your fingertips you don't even need to leave but also very close to theme parks, and other attractions. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.
