Convenience and pool

Quick trip to Disney parks (depending on traffic) made this location ideal. A nice house where the pool was our focus when we were home. Plenty of space for our extended family that gave some privacy too. Would stay again.

Perfect for large families

This house is perfect for large families or multiple families staying together. It’s a beautiful house and the game room was perfect for all ages of kids. The owners are great at answering any questions you have. We would definitely stay here again.

Neat and clean property

Great Stay!

Property was in a great location! 5-10 minute drive to Disney and only 1/2 hour from Universal. Games room was a hit with the kids of all ages! We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and the kids used the pool most days. The Outdoor Projector was a bonus! Every room had a TV which was so awesome!

This property is absolutely perfect. The home was beautiful, clean and roomy for our family. The owners and property management were super nice and very responsive the entire stay. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans and utensils. Check in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was a wonderful stay.

Well-decorated house close to Disney parks

Location was very convenient to Disney parks, themed rooms were fun, private pool was enjoyable, house was clean and well-decorated. The less enjoyable aspects were the creaky floors upstairs that were loud throughout the house (kept waking everyone up), squeaky doors, movie screen that we didn’t know to bring DVDs to use with it, Xbox controller didn’t work. Overall it was a nice house and good experience.

Great Amenities!

We've stayed in this neighborhood before, but not this house. We would stay again! The pool and hot tub area were used often and we usually watched movies over the pool using the projector. Game room was widely used. Living area was comfortable and sat a lot. We did feel the kitchen was lacking a bit with utensils and some other items. Home was clean, plenty of space, and beds comfortable.

Villa Patronus was spectacular!

This home is STUNNING! From the themed bedrooms and the game room to the wonderful hot tub and pool, we had the most amazing stay. We enjoyed the home so much we never even ventured out to the resort amenities! Our only hiccup was the drop down projector outdoor entertainment center was in the process of being repaired and we were unable to use it, but the property mgt team contacted us and was so sweet and apologetic about it. I’ve already recommended this property to a ton of my patients! Thanks for letting us enjoy your gorgeous home!

Family Vacation

We had 11 people in our group - grandparents, kids and spouses and grandchildren. The house was spacious and gave us plenty of room. The pool was used everyday. After a hot day at Disney, the pool was a great cooling off spot. We had to call maintenance twice because the upstairs A/C didn’t work. They responded very quickly and we never had to sleep without A/C. We were disappointed that the development doesn’t recycle. We come from a state that is big into recycling. Since recycling is not available, I would suggest a bigger garbage can in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

We would highly recommend this villa. It was clean and the back yard is nice and private. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Our kids loved the playroom and the slides at the communal pool.

Great House for a Golf Trip

The house was clean, had plenty of space, and enjoyed the pool/hot tub and pool table in the garage. The location was great as we were close to orange lake and mystic dunes golf courses.

Fabulous stay

We rented the house to accommodate our family, consisting of 5 adults and 3 children. The 8 year old was awe struck by the Harry Potter bedroom with its secret room. The attention to details in decorating that room, the Star Wars room, and the incredible games room were very impressive. The other bedrooms were nicely appointed and the beds extremely comfortable. The master bedroom was spacious, with plenty of room to accommodate the pac-n-play, which was provided. The private outdoor space had plenty of seating (the outdoor sofas could use up-dating), and a wonderful pool/spa combo that we enjoyed every evening. The outdoor theater screen was difficult to use, better instructions would have been helpful. The rest of the house was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. Sadly, our busy itinerary left us with no time to use the resort facilities. They appeared exactly as pictured, and had we stayed longer, I'm sure that we would have made good use of them. Dealing with the host and management team couldn't have been easier. When we arrived, we discovered that the kitchen sinks were clogged and the dishwasher had not drained properly. We contacted the property management company the following morning and within a few hours, a plumber showed up and resolved the issue. We also unexpectedly needed to stay an extra day, and our request to do so was handled quickly and courteously. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Villa Patronus

Our family of 11 stayed for two weeks at Villa Patronus. The accommodation was excellent, great space for all the family. Lots of towels for the bathrooms and plenty of poolside towels for outside. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots, pan and utensils. The location was perfect for visits to Disney and Universal all parks were within 9 - 18 miles. Shops and restaurants were easily accessible with just a short drive of around 5 minutes. We loved the pool, and the outdoor cinema was great for entertainment in the evening. During our stay one of our air conditioning units stopped working. We emailed the property maintenance team and a member of staff came out immediately and fixed the problem. The support staff for the villa were excellent and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a large house in the Windsor Hills area I would highly recommend Villa Patronus, we will definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Gorgeous home! Plenty of room to move around. Conveniently located to the Disney and Universal properties. Gated and clean community. We felt very safe. Stayed with 6 adults and 5 children. Did not use all the amenities it had to offer as we were gone playing most of the time. Would definitely chose here again!
