This property is an ideal fit! It boasts 8 comfortable bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a full game room, and a media room, providing ample space for everyone to unwind and relax. Situated in the serene Champions Gate Resort with a short walk to the Clubhouse, you can escape the chaos of daily life and enjoy some well-deserved peace and tranquility.



The Space:

Champions Gate Resort - This spacious vacation home is perfect for large families and borders open space providing privacy, offering 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for ample space and comfort. Enjoy a stunning game room inspired by Guardians of the Galaxy, a media room for entertainment, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The house is also within walking distance from the clubhouse, giving you access to the resort-style pool and water slide. You can also request the pool heater for an additional fee with 48 hours notice.



Unfortunately, the BBQ grill at this property is not available for rent. However, we can provide alternative grill rental options for your stay! Feel free to reach out for more details.

The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood's two championship golf courses, designed by Greg Norman, are a significant draw for golf enthusiasts. At the same time, the large clubhouse, tennis center, fitness center, resort-style pool, and lazy river offer plenty of leisure options for all ages.

Champions Gate's convenient location near major highways makes it easy for renters to explore nearby attractions, such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. The neighborhood also has several shopping and dining destinations, including a Publix grocery store, a Starbucks, and various restaurants.

**BOOKING YOUR STAY:**



We’re excited to welcome you! Just a quick note: you need to be at least 21 years old to make a reservation with us. Please have a valid ID ready when you check in. If you don't have your ID, we won't be able to complete your booking.



**BEFORE CHECKING IN:**



To help us prepare for your visit, please send us a complete guest list with everyone’s first and last names by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before you arrive. If we don’t have this, we won't be able to give you access to the resort.



**AMENITIES:**

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available before your check-in.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



**MAINTENANCE:**

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.





**POOL AND SPA HEATER:**

POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable):

The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.

The heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

The pool is heated to 86°F. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.

Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.



Important Notes:

•⁠ ⁠Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.

•⁠ ⁠During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.

These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.



**IMPORTANT INFORMATION:**



- You need to be 21 or older to book with us.

- We love a good time, but parties aren't permitted.

- Sorry, no pets allowed.

- We kindly request that you do not smoke indoors. Thank you for your cooperation.

- Remember to request the pool and spa heater if you'd like to use it.

- There’s a small $10 fee for deliveries.

- Just a reminder: USPS doesn’t ship to our address, and we can’t take responsibility for packages left unattended.
