Cancelled res day before checkin
I received an email the day prior to check-in that my reservation was cancelled. Simple as that, nothing else. After calling Florida Vacation Homes I was informed there was nothing they could do, received no explanation and received no offer to find a similar accommodation. After being told we would receive a full refund, which obviously is the minimum they should do, it took 3 weeks of diligent follow-up and a promise of legal action against them to actually have my card credited what they had charged back in November. Steer clear of renting a home managed by Florida Vacation Homes, they are not to be trusted.
