Our gated resort community at Solterra gives you access to FREE pool/lazy river/water slide/playground and much more

The space
We are baby and kid friendly. We have a full size crib in a dedicated space with a door. We have strollers, pack n play, high chair. We have a pool alarm on all doors to the pool area and we have a pool safety fence. Our home welcomes your little people with open arms.

Other things to note
Our home is amazing. we have everything you need for your baby/toddler. full size crib, seperate pack n play, high chair, strollers. the pool/spa is $40 per night and highly recommended from October -april. please request with host Scott.

Bedroom/bath configuration of the house: There is one on the lower level with a king and dedicated bath just outside. There are 2 kings with on suite baths upstairs one queen with dedicated bath just outside and then the 2 themed rooms upstairs share a bath

Additional rules
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed even on the pool deck or in front
Make sure that your pets are registered with Scott and they are paid for. Without paying and registering before check in, will result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
5. Occupancy is max of 14 guests, additional guests will be asked to leave or may result in eviction of the entire party.
6.Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm. Resort security may request eviction for excessive noise.
7.Please respect check-in and check-out times.
8. If WiFi/internet or any of our outdoor security cameras, pool heat controls are shut off, unplugged or tampered with it will result in immediate removal from home with no refund. (Note: there are outdoor Ring cameras on premises- on front door, over garage facing street and overlooking pool controls- cameras are motion activated and recording)

Pool heat is $40/night to be paid after the booking is confirmed. Please notify Scott after booking so that he can get it set up and send request for payment. The pool heats up to 89 degrees. Weather can effect how quickly it will heat to that temp daily and maintaining that temp throughout your stay. If we have unseasonably colder weather it will effect the pool temp .
