I chose my vacation home in Terra Verde Resort because it is a great place to stay in the Sunshine State and have a great time with your family or friends.
Terra Verde offers a variety of activities to all ages and sports fans.
Also a Fitness Center, Theater Room, playground, fishing lake, tiki bar and many other amenities.
I felt in love with this house because it is one of the best locations in Terra Verde.
Just a short walk to Clubhouse and a Lakeview from the Master bedroom with stunning sunset views.
I decided to renovated the whole house since flooring to all furniture. All mattresses, sofa, dresser and everything else.
The A/C system is brand new so you can enjoy Florida heat with comfort.
The SPA is brand new as well so guests also can stay at home and relax.
All bedrooms and Living Room have a flat Smart TV with cable installed. Living Room has also a DVD player and sound system.
In the house we have board games, DVD movies and books for rainy days.
The door is keyless system and with a private code to every guest. So you don't need to worry about losing keys, meeting someone or late check-ins.
My townhouse is kids friendly and being a mother I know how hard it is to travel with kids and all stuff we need to carry.
So you will find in the house to use as courtesy a portable crib, high chair, car seat, umbrella stroller, that you may take to the parks if you don't want bring yours.
You will have assistance to all your needs since I live in Orlando.
My goal is offer to all my guests a great and unforgettable time.
I am sure you won't regret stay in my house and you will comeback.

Great for Family

Condo was clean and roomy, there was issues with the hot tub but owner was on it and made it right for us. She was responsive with any issues and very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Vacation

Comfortable Stay with Pet-Friendly Perks!

We had a wonderful time staying in this home! It was comfortable, spacious, and perfectly located for our trip to Orlando. One of the biggest highlights was being able to bring both of our petsā€”thank you so much for being so accommodating!The home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. Weā€™ve already discussed renting again in the future and wouldnā€™t hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Great condo in a great location. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom and full kitchen and fridge. Lots of room, clean and all your basic needs covered. In a great location off the pond and down the path to the pool. Great pool and amenities.

Property was nice, grounds were ok, community pool left something to be desired. Plenty of space for our family of 5 for the week-long stay for a volleyball tournament. Would recommend to others looking for a nice place to stay. Thank you!

Terre Verde Getaway

Great clean and updated condo with a very responsive host. The condo is well stocked with all you could need for a short or long stay. The resort is in a great location and has a wonderful pool area with very helpful and friendly staff. We will be going back for our 4th year next year and our 3rd year with Ulda. She knows how to take care of you!

Nice & comfortable

We stayed here when we vacationed at Disney. The location is good, about a 30 minute drive to most attractions. The property is located in a nice community with nice amenities. We wished we had one more day to stay and just relax at the condo and to enjoy the pool and the grounds. It was clean and as described. The owner was accommodating for our needs. We recommend this place.

Perfect getaway

Our unit was clean & had thoughtful extras available. Pool towels & even a baby bouncer (we didnā€™t need this but itā€™s there) kitchen appliances including an air fryer. I personally appreciated the fridge being empty Iā€™m not one to use left over refrigerated items. The hot tub had crystal clear water & was a wonderful treat. Property itself is wonderful. Very friendly atmosphere and pool & other public areas very nice and clean. Tiki bar had great drinks and snacks. The pond is a nice feature with the ducks and we were lucky enough to see lots of baby ducks. It was fun feeding them all and watching them waddle / run to the gate when you open the sliding door ā€¦ they knew food was coming. We brought our fur baby & enjoyed walking him around the property. Everyone was friendly and mindful to keep the grass clean. Very relaxing and enjoyable time. Oh & the internet works great (for those who have to mix work with vacation) Definitely will be returning.

Amazing Location

The location was amazing! Very first thing when arriving is the gated entrance. They checked us in. They did take thier job serous in which made my family feel safe. Very quite easy to figure out. It was very clean and nice set up. The host was really friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect, everything we needed to feel right at home and the property was great. We loved the lake area and the wildlife around the lake, plus the pool, tiki area and all amenities were really great!! We will definitely stay here again.

A terrific place to stay.

We had an amazing time. The condo was the best. You could not ask for any better. Would highly recommend it and if we go back to Florida, will definitely try to rent this place before any other.

Perfect home away from home!

This home was clean and convenient for me. My niece flew in for a couple of days to assist me and it was peaceful and safe area. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very easy to communicate with! Would stay again!
