We had a great stay, the house was perfect to accommodate the family. The house was very clean, the pool and lanai area were inviting. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the nice weather and relaxing in the hot tub.

Lovely resort would absolutely stay here again. We were here for 5 weeks there was some maintenance issues but they were rectified as soon as they possibly could. The owner was just a whats app away so dealt with all issues. Outside seating area was the win for us.

Our 3 generation family of 12 had the best vacation ever in this big beautiful house. There was enough seating in the kitchen, living room, and pool area for all of us to be together for meals or fun — yet also plenty of areas for us to spread out for separate activities or quiet conversations. The free outside gas grill (which was so nice that several googled to find out where to buy one), plus free pool and hot tub heat were much appreciated, as were the 20 beach towels to use! We all loved having our own pool and hot tub. All the beds and furniture were comfy, and there were ceiling fans in all but the bunk room. Your kids will LOVE the giant Lite-Brite in the game room — it was a huge hit! The filtered water dispensed from the fridge was a huge savings for us, both in money and trips to the store.We will be back for another perfect vacation!

It worked perfectly for our family. The kids had so much fun with both pools. Our 7 year old grandson was swimming like a fish by the end of the week. And all of the adults especially enjoyed the hot tub and spacious living area and outdoor kitchen. We spent the most time out there.

A great sanctuary for our Disney adventure!

This house was a delight to come home to after our long chaotic days at Disney parks. The listing is very accurate, everyone loved the pool. When we needed to contact the property owner / manager there was no struggles. Truly no major complaints!

This vacation rental house near Disney was absolutely perfect for our family trip! The location couldn't be beat - an easy, short drive to the parks made getting to the magic quick and stress-free. The house itself was amazing, offering plenty of space and all the comforts of home. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, providing a relaxing escape after long days at the parks. The owners were incredibly responsive to one issue we had, which we really appreciated. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful getaway

We had a beautiful stay!! Everything we could have wanted was in this house. The house was true to all the pictures. The pool and spa heat are fantastic. Great family reunion/Disney trip!

Our two families had a great time on our combo family reunion and Disney vacation trip. The house was a great size and fit our 11 comfortably. The pool was great and the hot tub was wonderful. Watching football from the hot tub was my personal favorite. The community pool and water slides were also a big hit with the kids. 30 minutes from the farthest park...We did not need much, but when I reached out to Jennifer she was super responsive. Hope to be back, thanks!

Theme park vacation with teens

The house was a perfect home base for us to enjoy the comforts of home between longs days at the parks. Three teen boys loved the pool with basketball hoop, the hot tub, and the game room. TVs in every room. Very responsive and helpful hosts. The community area was also a plus, especially on the arrival day before check in. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

The location was amazing. House was clean and everything we needed was there. Lots of things for the kids to do. The playroom is a great addition. The pool had toys and even a life jacket for one of the little ones with us. There was a little mix up with the check in date but once we got in touch with Jennifer it was fixed.

Family Vacation

We bit the bullet and did a family Disney vacation with our blended family. House was amazing and in a great location to Disney. Parking at Disney and getting around was super easy, made staying off resort a breeze. Also centrally located made it easy to get to the beach. I recommend taking a day off Disney and going to Cocoa Beach! Jennifer (owner) was super helpful and always responded quickly. We had such a great experience we will be back!! Our granddaughters said it was the best vacation EVER!! Thank you!!

Great family vacation!

We had an amazing stay at this property! We had 9 of us (4 adults and 5 kids ages 11-15) stay, with plenty of room for all. The location is very close to all the Disney parks, and not too far from the Universal parks. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub after long days at the parks. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the game room as well. The house could use a little TLC in the form of a power wash. Otherwise, it is as advertised. The grill was a great addition to make cooking for 9 a breeze. Jennifer was very quick to respond when we needed to reach out for a quick adjustment to the a/c. All in all, it was an amazing getaway!

Disney vacation

Overall the property was great! We did have a problem with the hot tub heating. The pool maintenance came twice and both times afterward the breaker for the heat was flipped. An easy correction but when I reached out to the host the first time I didn’t not get a response in regards to the heat not working. Thankfully my husband noticed it or we would have been really disappointed as we enjoyed the hot tub after the Disney parks each day. Overall great property and great neighborhood. We would look at staying in the neighborhood again while doing Disney

Fantastic stay!

Our stay at Jennifer's property was fantastic! The house was beautiful, very clean, and had so much space for our three teens and us. The check-in process was easy and convenient. The property is in a gated community with a guard station so we felt very secure. The neighborhood was friendly and calm. The property has a very clean pool and hottub in the back patio area. Pool/hot tub heat was included in the cost of the rental (a huge plus for us since most other places were charging up to $60/day). Honestly, the private pool and hot tub were our favorite parts. We could use it for hours or 30 minutes after a long day at a theme park. So wonderful! The kitchen was stocked with loads of conveniences like a coffee maker, a Kurig, griddle, cutting boards, strainers, pots, pans and so much more. The outdoor gas grill was fantastic! We used that for a really nice outdoor dinner one evening. The patio has a lounge area with a tv and an outdoor dinner table. Each bedroom we used had a tv, which is so nice when our teens just wanted to watch their own shows. Internet worked great and we could stream shows if we wanted. The game room looked super fun. We didn't have much time to use it, but it had very nice game equipment. We would recommend this property and Jennifer to anyone looking for a 4+ bedroom in the Orlando area. It was so much better than a cramped resort room and was so relaxing!! Five stars, all the way!!!!

Nice home

I stayed with 8 others in early Jan 2024. We were a family with people ranging from 7 yo all the way to 70. Pros: The property was very clean and updated. The furnishings were comfortable and new. Our kids loved the pool and game room. Cons: Several (at least 6) light bulbs were burnt out when we arrived. Not a huge issue, but feel like the management company should have changed them before our stay. You cannot control your own thermostat. The outside temperature ranged from lows in the 40s to highs in the 80s while we were there. The upstairs became quite uncomfortable. We opened windows to help cool the bedrooms. I receieved a message stating we cannot open windows. We were then told that the owner would lower the temp for us, which she did. No where did it tell us not to open windows, or to contact owner for temperature change. There was an outdated sign saying that if the thermostat was changed to a certain temp, you'd be charged $1,000. So something to keep in mind if you have someone in your group who is sensitive to warm temps.

Minor updates needed

Overall the house was nice, fair amount of room. I was informed that there was a crack in the fridge, it was more then a crack, but we dealt with it... The floor plan says one of the queen rooms had a futon, nope. There was a random mattress in a closet that we placed on the floor, thankfully it was for a kid, it would have been very inconvenient if an adult was expecting to sleep on it. The ice machine, supposedly works slow, no, it doesn't work at all. We maybe got 10 ice cubes all weekend, fridge not that cold. Necessary info was scattered throughout the house in picture frames, a binder is usually what I've found in most rentals and would have been much easier to find what we needed. The check in process took longer then my guests and i would have liked, we weren't able to get into the complex until after 4pm, which was already fairly late.. i sent a few messages after our arrival but never got responses. The door alarm for the pool was super annoying, we wish we could have turned it off. I had requested to drop off food earlier in the day and was not allowed to, as a semi local bringing my own food that was a major inconvenience. I don't like how we are charged, and not just this location, but in general with rentals, for a full day but can't check in until after 4pm and check out is MANDATORY no later then 10am or we get charged extra... if you are going to charge a guest for 4 days then the time we have in the rental should equal 4 days.

The family enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool was great and the children enjoyed the toys supplied. The community area was nice and we would stay in this neighborhood again.
