Our beautiful Villa is beside the 400 acre Davenport Lake. Perfect location for a picnic or BBQ.
This highly sought after Villa, has exclusive features for you and your family to enjoy and is well equipped to a high standard, also on hand are our excellent management company should you need their assistance at any time.
The 30’ x 12’ South facing Pool & Hot Tub, are surrounded by a Private Garden. Heating can be arranged.
Take a break in the Games Room with the 8 foot Slate Bed Pool Table and impressive full size Air Hockey table. Lose yourself in over 2000 sq ft of living space, Lounge/Dining Room, Family Room, Games Room, Kitchen Breakfast Nook, 4 Bedrooms and 2 ½ Bathrooms.
There is also the Communal Pool, Gated Children’s Play Area, Tennis Courts and Lake for your enjoyment. Championship Golf Courses plus shops are still only minutes away, along with all the major attractions, including Disney World, Universal and much more.

Very comfortable Villa, great location

This was the third property we've used in the Davenport area. It was centrally located in a nice neighborhood. If you're into Disney, it's 20 minutes away. Very nice pool and spa. Four bedrooms, although one is more suitable for kids. Nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture TVs in almost every room, including a large screen in a centrally located parlor. Owners were very accommodating and personable. Superb service from the property manager who dealt with the few minor hiccups we had quickly and professionally. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Enjoyed the stay overall, But.

We enjoyed the Stay Overall, the host and the management were very helpful and accommodating, the Heated pool wasn't heating up because the heater was automatically shut-off around 8pm till about 8am, so during the day it wasn't heating up enough, also the heating in the house only works on the 2nd floor and the Master bedroom on the 1st floor was too cold to sleep there, I will consider renting this place in the future, and I'm recommending it to friends and family.

Beautiful place had problems with check in and hot tub but since it was just me I left and went to Family's house
