気になった点 : 清潔度
The experience was terrible. Lots of broken items. The microwave, the trash bin (we had to keep open), light sconces, the AC. The AC did not work well and the host never did anything about it when told about it. Esthetically, it was not appeasing either. The carpet was filthy. It felt like a cheap hotel versus a nice vacation home. Futher, they knew it was 12 people total and there were not enough linens. She had to go while we were already there and interrupt our stay. The 12 people it advertises is using sofa beds by the way, which we were ok with but it would have been nice to have what we needed for the sofa beds rather than being interrupted. Also one of the bathrooms it advertises is outside, not in the home. There were no trash bags and no extra toilet paper or paper towels. For a stay of 12 you'd think they would be a bit more cognizant especially when it was so expensive and one of the most expensive in this area. Also kitchen items were subpar. The only reason we got this home was for the yard for the dogs. She tried to say after the stay that she didn't know about the dogs when I even literally chatted her to make sure it was OK to have the dogs.Also the door has a very loud ring any time the door is opened. You have to push a button.It's extremely loud and if you don't close the door back in 10 seconds it will continue to blare again. A sign says it's law but I've never had that in other FL homes. Someone buying tried to go in while we there! We left a day early!
