We encounter multiple issues with the property upon arrival: the AC in the MASTER BEDROOM did not work, the 3rd floor bathroom had no running water on the shower, and a second bathroom also din had water.
We reported this immediately to the property manager that same day. The following day a maintenance guy came to the house and was not able to fix any of the issues. We complained again during the second night, and again a maintenance guy came during the 3rd day and no success.
At this point we tried contacting the owner, but he did not answer. We were unable to use the entire master bedroom for the entire stay, and the people staying at the 3rd floor room had to use other bathrooms because theirs was not working during the whole length of the stay.
Every day during our stay we spoke with the property management office, and they have on their records the multiple times we called for repair and the 3 times the maintenance crew was unable to assist us. We requested a partial refund for the issues to the owner at that time, and he didn't answer.
2 months have passed and we are still waiting to hear back from the owner about this.
