Great location close to everything - the bedroom needed attention with the ceiling fan, lights and a few of the outlets didn’t work- the master bath sink didn’t drain well- also the other bath had the same issue- but loved the balcony (minus the 70’s music selection lol) and space in the place! We would def stay here again!

Lovely apartment in a great apartment complex. The blue heron has a lovely big pool, always warm and is open 7-11 so it's open before the Disney parks and open afterwards!The 8th floor is good too because you can see a lot of the Disney resorts from the front door and then from the balcony you can see rocket launches and a great view across lake Bryan.The apartment is a great size for two people. Two bathrooms, a decent sized kitchen and a lounge to chill out in. The balcony is big although we rarely used it.A few things are a bit tired in the apartment but that seems to be normal for apartments in Florida it seems.The bed is massive.All in all a great place to stay when going to Disney and other places.The restaurants are all close by, either a quick walk to our favourites like Bahama Breeze, or a quick uber to others like Longhorns, Chili's and Miller's.Lots of parking too.

Everything about our stay was great. Check in was easy, condo was clean, and the pool/hot tub were awesome. Great location too, we spent a day at Disney and it was only about a 10-15 minute drive. Would definitely stay again.

Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location to the parks unless staying on-site. Views from the condo were definitely a highlight - pool and lake on one side, Disney fireworks on the other. There is a jet ski rental just a couple of blocks away (min age 16 and drivers license to operate). The furnishings were very nice, beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was ok but not great - floors were dirty in corners, fixtures were really dusty, both bathroom sinks and master tub were clogged. The resort was quiet, pool was very nice, and the strawberry mojito from the cabana was worth the $14 price. All-in-all, a nice place with great access to all things Orlando.

We stay for Memorial Day weekend on this grea property. Amazing views of Bryan Lake, the pool was really nice. It has a gazebo selling food and drinks which is very convenient!! Staff is super nice. Super close to everything, parks, restaurants, shopping, etc. There is a Starbucks right off the gate of the property. About 3 mins walk!! Will definitely come back!!

Overall we loved the resort it had a great pool and outdoor area plus the tiki bar staff was great!! The condo was clean but me being a cleaner there were definitely things that were missed, like hand prints all over the windows and mirrors. Plus one of the towels had blood on it. The location was great for what we needed it for however the outdatedness and un unusable cookware was a turn off. We enjoyed our stay other than the small nit picky things!

Absolutely love that there is two bathrooms! The king size bed was super, super comfortable! Even though the bedroom window faces the hallway outside, the curtains blacked out the light so we were able to sleep in. Enjoyed our stay!

Condo was real nice Host Simi Sanichar was awesome any questions she replied immediately and any issues like we had the garbage disposal was replaced next day. Condo has great view of pool and lake from 8th floor. The property is well maintained and the location is awesome close to stores like Walgreens, Dollar tree and few restaurants, Starbucks and Subway as well as mini golf are right on site we stayed 21 nights and would go back for sure.

We really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect with a lot around it and the resort is nice and exactly what we need for a quick getaway. Huge plus having 2 bathrooms and a balcony overlooking water. You can see the Epcot ball, Disney springs and tons of Disney fireworks from the front of the resort on the higher up floors. Definitely would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was well equipped, comfortable, quiet at night, and the mattress was great! The pool is large and well maintained, there's a game room, a workout room, and a pool bar with pizza! This would be a great place to stay with a few kids. The front desk employees were cheerful and very helpful when we had questions about the possibility of getting packages delivered to the building (hint: you absolutely can!) The patio view was beautiful and (while we were there anyway) the other occupants were respectful of quiet hours. Overall a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again!
