Free parking, lots of activities to do on property, with a private in-home pool/hot tub, game systems upstairs, TVs in every room. This 4,000 sq. ft. home is in the new Windsor at Westside gated community (sister community to Windsor Hills) and just minutes from Disney. 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with 4 en-suites. Pool area with heated, SOUTH-FACING pool and in-ground Jacuzzi. Game room with seating, pool table and foosball table. We have several homes side-by-side, perfect for large family reunions and groups.

    Great house, great pool, great location

    It is always a challenge booking a vacation home online, just from pictures. This home was perfect for our family of 9, ranging in ages from 2 - 60s. This neighborhood is a cookie cutter neighborhood of what appears to be mostly rental homes, built close together. No matter, this house was spacious. The lanai and pool area add even more space. Plenty of room for all of us. The bedroom set up was nice. Master suite downstairs, plus another bedroom with bath right next to it. Upstairs has two en-suite bedrooms, two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, with separate sinks, two bedrooms share the remaining bathroom. The house backs to a lake/pond, offering a lovely view and it was nice not having another home directly behind. We paid the extra for heating the pool. Well worth it. The hot tube was also great to have. Everything was clean and ready for us. We were even able to check-in early for a modest added cost. There is also a community pool, lazy river, splash park, clubhouse about a 10 minute walk away. The lazy river is fun, but flotation tubes are not provided. The Disney parks are on average a 30 - 40 minute drive away. There are these crazy 4-way stop intersections along the way. Traffic was often backed up at these intersections. Publix and other stores are nearby. The owners responded to our questions quickly. We had no issues during our stay, but I'm certain they would have taken care of us promptly.

    Excellent Stay

    Stayed at this lovely home for 5 nights with a group. The home is spacious and everyone was very comfortable. We enjoyed the back patio facing a small lake. We were in town for a competition at ESPN in WDW and it was about a 20 minute drive. We were also very close to shopping, the clubhouse and community pool. I would definitely recommend this property for groups or large families. The location and neighborhood were ideal for us! Thank you!

    gobi ave in west windsor

    The house was awesome and perfect size for 2 families. we did have a problem with the pool and hot tube which took a couple of days to resolve but the property manager came out personally and fixed it. after that the pool and hot tub were nice and warm and hot. this was perfect after a couple longs days at Disney. they do need to do some repairs on some light switches around the house. Those are minor things though.

    Orlando Family Vacation

    This house was awesome and the perfect spot for the family. Very spacious and we never ran out of hot water. Parking with a lot of vehicles can be challenging but we made it work.

    Great Home

    My family enjoyed the home . It was clean and spacious. We were missing a few items , but property management was very quick with our needs. The home was spacious and the lake view was great!! The resort was great as well. The children had a blast!! Will love to return to this property..

    Good location and property for families

    The house is in a good location and comfortable. It is nice size for our family re-union of 11 people. Check in was quite smooth and contact with property manager is good. However, a few observations: 1. the kitchen cookware is quite old/unusable. Two of the large pots have burnt out bases and the other sauce pans are quite small. The frying pans although useable, are small and worn out. 2. The pool table is quite old and only one pole worked. 3. Communication with the host can be a little bit slow, typically takes 48 hours to get a response. I asked for a refund of the BBQ rental as we didn't use if during our stay but still not heard back yet.

    Great Family Stay

    We LOVED this property! The layout was fabulous for 14 of our family from ages 10 mos to 71 years! Excellent location and wonderful amenities! One thing...might be time to upgrade the washer and dryer? Took forever for clothes to dry! All in all, it was a clean and great property for family vacations!

    WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE SPRING BREAK 2023

    Property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for the (6) adults and (5) teens in our group. At breakfast after the first night several of the adults spontaneously mentioned what a good night's sleep they'd had because the beds are so comfortable. House was clean and well-appointed. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Location is great. Near enough stores and attractions; far enough away from them to have some peace and quiet when desired. Windsor at Westgate is an excellent resort. The teens really enjoyed making new friends and socializing at the pool and clubhouse. Several members of the party used the resort fitness center daily and found it fully adequate. Hostess April is incredibly responsive. E-mails answered in minutes.

    Extremely nice for large party

    Our group of 12 was very comfortable in this property 2 water heaters and large kitchen / open space was well stocked. Pool area and patio is large enough for all to use. I next time I have a large party I will be looking for this property.

    Disney Bound

    The house is perfect for a large family(s). We had three families as well as my mom and stepdad at the house and we had plenty of room. It is nice that all of the masters had their own ensuites and the four bedrooms that didn't had Jack and Jill bathrooms. The outdoor space is a nice size and all the kids loved the pool. We never went and used the community pool so not sure what that is like. The hosts did not provide much for paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, or napkins. They also don't provide much dish soap, dishwasher soap, no laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner, etc. so be prepared to buy some. They also do not have any spices or condiments. The house is in a community where it seems like all the other houses are rental properties for people attending the parks. Everyone was on vacation! Getting to Disney parks took about 30 minutes each day when we were there. Overall this house is great for multiple families. If you are looking for a luxuries house, I would not recommend this house but it works really well for large groups!

    Perfect accommodations for business planning & pleasure

    This property was the perfect home for all my business partners to have the spacious accommodations to have business meetings & relaxation. Everyone had their own bedroom with their private bathroom. The home was very spacious & convenient as it was located in area that was easily accessible to a variety of restaurants & stores. The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances & accessories. We included the BBQ Grill & sat on the patio table for dinner in front of the pool & hot tub. The outside patio is completely screened in which was efficient in keeping insects away! This would be perfect for a family with children as the home has many accessories for babies such as a crib, high chairs and strollers to name a few. The garage was available to park in or to store personal belongings. After searching many properties, this was a perfect fit for my company! This property won’t disappoint & I look forward to returning. Larger families looking for accommodations won’t be disappointed.

    Amazing Winter Break

    April was a fantastic hostess. Our previous VRBO reservation had gotten cancelled and April was able to help us — even past working hours! The house was amazing- exactly as described. We had lots of room and the pool was fantastic. I would love to come back!

    Great place. Perfect for large groups.

    We had an amazing experience staying at April and Bobby’s property in Kissimmee. The place was way bigger than what we expected. We needed something with 8 bedrooms and went in expecting small rooms and small bathrooms. But this place is very well laid out with a great floor plan. All rooms are big. As are the bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. And the pool table. Overall highly recommended. The club house is awesome too. Just a few steps away. Beach volleyball and an awesome pool there as well.

    Perfect home for family vacation

    This spacious home was ideal for our family of 13. The pool was in use constantly by the kids (young and old), and the lanai overlooking the pond was very relaxing for the adults. April was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

    Family vacation

    We enjoyed staying at this property! There were 17 of us, from the age of 3 to 75. The home was clean, spacious and had great amenities. We were able to travel to Disney easily and to Universal Studios with little traffic. Property management was easily accessible and the communication with the owner was outstanding. We will definitely be back!

    Recent stay at this home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for two families. The kids enjoyed their community pool and amenities. I would stay at this home again in the future.

    Graduation Weekend

    We booked this house to celebrate our daughters high school graduation and attend the ceremony being held in Orlando. Everything about the house was great. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for the family members staying with us, kitchen was well stocked and the pool and patio area was a great plus. The location was convenient with plenty of shopping ear by and easy access to the theme parks and outlet malls. The owner was easy to contact and replied promptly to our emails as well as the management company calling to check on our stay. We were very satisfied and will definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.
