The house had plenty of room for all of us. The pool and the patio were so relaxing. All of my communication about the house and checkin was addressed promptly. Champions Gate area was very clean and pristine. The kids loved playing their XBOX games on the big screen in the cinema room. I would highly recommend this vacation home. Would plan on coming back again.

The house was wonderful. It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large group. We had some fun movie nights in the theater room. The house was perfect.

Everything was great. The only thing I can complain about was there should have been a comforter on every bed. A few rooms just had blanket and the weather was chilly and we could have used more blankets to stay warm. We had to take one off of the beds we weren’t using. Thank goodness they had one on one of the twin beds that we took and put it on the king master bed.

Great break from the winter weather

Great place, loved the private heated pool.I had trouble getting the theater room equipment to work but my grandkids figured it out and it worked great.

Family sized Honeymoon

My new husband and I brought all the kids and grandchildren with us on our honeymoon. We had a terrific time and the house more than met our needs. It was spacious, clean, fun and exactly as pictured! Would definitely stay there again.

House was nice & big, location a little far from parks a lot of driving in traffic, neighborhood was a lot of driving to get to main hwy to parks, was a lot of break in’s around the neighborhood! Not sure why anyone can get in the gates!

The pool was not yet warm when we got there like I had asked and we did have to call twice to figure out how to get the pool warm. There was no things for kids to do in the pool such as floaties. We bought our own football for the boys to toss. Could use more towels and some pool towels other than white. Could use a griddle for making pancakes or french toast. Overall it was a pretty great place to stay and we had plenty of room for 13 of us. All the rooms were perfect with something for everyone to enjoy. Location was easy to get to and we would definitely stay here again.

Mini Spring Break Vaca

The house and location were great. Just a few things missing, more pots and pans, larger bowls some Rubbermaid containers for leftovers during the stay and more kitchen towels and some dish cloths. Water pressure could definitely be stonger. Other than that everything was great! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great Disney vacation

Was a Beautiful home and had lots of room. Kids enjoyed the game room. Not far from the Disney parks . Also had 2 parks within the Community with lazy River, waterslides, splash pad and beautiful pools. The only thing that the house could use is more large bowls and casseroles dishes none in the house.

The house was very clean.We have had the most wonderful stay! This home is just perfect! The moment we walked in we felt at home. The furnishings and decor are pristine and SO BEAUTIFUL! It looks like stepping into a magazine! We hardly wanted to leave during our stay and we were more than a little sad to have to go home. Love love love! If we could give this rental more than 5 stars we would. We can’t wait to come back!"

Our family had been looking forward to this stay for months based on the photos. I can honestly say the property exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The handwritten note and the bucket of movie snacks were such thoughtful touches that immediately made us feel at home.One of our favorite things about the house was that everyone was able to choose a room that suited their personality and made them feel comfortable. The themed rooms, movie room, and game room added so much fun and variety to our stay and ensured there was something for everyone to enjoy, including the well-equipped kitchen.We paid extra for the pool heater, and it was absolutely worth it. The temperature wasn’t quite where we expected it to be initially, but the response was immediate. Someone was sent out right away to make the necessary adjustments. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was incredibly hospitable, friendly, and welcoming.The location was another major plus. Having Publix, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and plenty of restaurants nearby made everything so convenient. We were also able to enjoy Universal, Disney, ATV adventures and Jet Ski excursions, all within about 30 minutes of the property.This home provided the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and family fun. We created wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for families looking for a memorable Florida vacation experience!

Beautiful Home - Very Clean

This is a beautiful home. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. The home was very clean when we got there. I would suggest to the owners to have a couple floor fans to help circulate the air upstairs and down stairs. Especially in the summer months. Maybe also have a few more storage containers in the kitchen for serving and storing food. Overall though this was a beautiful home and communication was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Do not use this company

The company over this home Florida spirits, charged us for towels and pillow case after our stay. Ive stayed in champion gate on serval visits but never had anything like this happen after a visit. I will not use this company again. Champion gate is a very nice area for families.

Lovely home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was great; super clean with plenty of space. Theater room was fantastic. Kitchen lacked some basic cookware (no pizza cutter, no 9x13 pan, no serving bowls, etc) but we borrowed from a neighbor and made it work. We paid for pool heat and by Day 3 the pool was still ice cold. I sent a text about it and they promptly fixed the situation and reimbursed the full payment for the pool heat. We also visited both the Oasis Pool and the pool with water slides 1/2 block away which were both very nice. Gated community felt very secure.
