This was a decent property. Pretty typical, the furniture is not the highest end stuff, and little things broken here and there… pretty powerful the course for a Florida condo rental. If you’re expecting The Ritz you’ll be disappointed, if you’re expecting something clean and accommodating, you’ll get what you’re looking for. Our biggest complaint was the original listing had mentioned pool and spa heat, however, leading up to check in we were told this was not the case and the property didn’t have it. When we arrived, there is a pool heater, it’s just broken and this was not disclosed. This was one of the reasons we selected this property and no attempt to rectify that or place in a different rental. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was a disappointment, not to have the spa available to us. All in all, if you’re looking for a solid, no-frills place to stay for a reasonable rate, this will fit the bill. If you’re looking for a little more on the amenity side, I’d look a little further.
