Family of seven

We stayed for our twins 13th birthday and our older sons traveled from college to meet up. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was nice. The home is well decorated, comfortable and clean. Also a very quick drive to Disney.

One of my favorite rentals

It is so nice we regretted having to go to Disney (which was a short drive away to all of the parks) everyday because we wanted to hang out at the villa. It’s nicely decorated (my teenage daughter loved the minion room); clean; conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping stores. I love that every room has its own bathroom so we were able to all shower quicker than it usually takes our group of 9. I also love that it has a washer and dryer inside villa. If I go to Kissimmee again, I will definitely be staying here again.

Great Place!

This home is in a great location and a wonderful place for families to stay. Clean with lots of home conveniences. Easy check in and check out processes. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home

We stayed 9 nights and the home was exactly as the listing and photos described. It’s clean, spacious, nicely appointed with everything you’d need for a great vacation. A real home from home but close to WDW and grocery stores! We used the pool and the gym - both of which were great.

Family Disney Trip

This was my first time visiting & not staying at a Disney resort since we had a big group of 8 & I'm so happy we stayed here! We all really enjoyed the place & the location was perfect. & there was a Walmart 3 mins away. The community is gated & secure & that was a plus! The place was very clean & we just all enjoyed it!

Great place and very comfortable

Really enjoyed our stay here. The home is laid out perfectly and room for everyone. We have a family of six so having the 6 bathrooms was fantastic after long park days. Every kid had their own bedroom and bathroom. The location is also very close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

My family had a great time staying here. Its close enough that all of the parks arent too far away vut far enough that you dont feel like youre in downtown Orlando. Its very quiet and the community is clean and gated

Quick Disney Trip

We booked this townhouse a few days before our arrival. It is really a beautiful place. It’s very well maintained and there is a ton of space. Parking is right out front. Check-In was very easy. We had misplaced an important email from the hosts, but they sent it again immediately when we asked for it. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe with on site security. The location was great for visits to all parts of Disney. And easy to get back to for a mid-day break. There is a huge Walmart around the corner. Very convenient, but the traffic at that main intersection could get crazy. You just need to get used to navigating it, then it’s easier. One minor complaint is lack of face clothes for showers. We just bought our own at Walmart. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious home

Home was clean, spacious, and conveniently located within short drive of the Disney World parks that my family was going to. Check in and check out instructions were clear and detailed. Dumpster is just across the parking lot, which the location would be a good detail to include as part of check out instructions.

Would rent again!

Spacious with nice living room area and kitchen for congregating/visiting. Air conditioner worked great, and good amenities in general. Be sure to read the contract carefully as there are a lot of things you will need to know and adhere to doing.

Perfect WDW location

We stayed here for my daughter’s cheer competition. There were 5 of us total. It was laid out perfectly for our family’s needs. Plenty of room in the bedrooms to be comfortable.

Perfect Orlando Stay for Extended Family

We stayed at this house for three nights during a quick trip to Orlando. The best thing about the house, besides being in a good location and being clean, was the ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms. Because each bedroom had a bathroom, it made it really easy for the ten of us to all get ready to head out to the parks early because we didn't have to wait much for a bathroom to open up. The decor was really well-done, especially in the kids' rooms with minions and disney themes. The check-out was easy (all they wanted us to do was take out the trash and make sure the dishes were washed). The neighborhood was nice and it's got easy access to a Walmart in case you forgot something or want to grab some groceries. We did message the property manager about the toaster and the kettle being broken and they said they would check on that after we left, so hopefully those have been replaced by now. We are very pleased with our decision to stay here, and it really made our time in Orlando go smoothly. Note, it's a little hard to tell in the photos, but the minion room has a trundle bed under the bottom bunk, so you really can fit 3 or even 4 kids in this room.

Family Vacation

Our family of 10 stayed here for our Disney vacation! Very spacious and everyone had their own bathroom. Not to mention, the place is only a 10 minute drive to the parks!

Very Nice!

This unit was as beautiful as pictured, with the only exception being that some of the fun lights weren’t working as shown. Other than that it was probably even better than the pictures show. Very clean! The small community was very quiet. The front gates were open until about 10 pm. The hot tub was out of service when we were there but the pool was nice and warm. My only suggestion for the townhouse community would be to get garbage benches with heavier lids. Animals love to crawl in for dinner. One of us got hissed at by a raccoon eating in there! But we won’t hesitate staying here again. Next time we’ll just put a big rock or something heavy on top! Oh, and we’ll bring our own pillows. They were all very flat. Firm beds. Overall we all loved our stay!

First stay with VRBO

This was our first experience with VRBO or any vacation rental at that. We are happy to say that our first experience was excellent. The property was very nice, clean, close to shopping and Disney parks. My family and I always stay at a Disney resort when we come to Disney but this time we wanted to try something different. This experience kind of gave us the feel of what it may feel like to live in Florida one day. We felt at home and had plenty of space. It was also very easy to communicate with magic vacation homes/or owner if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again and may try another one of their beautiful properties. :)
