快適でリーズナブルなコンドミニアム

去年に引き続きお気に入りのコンドミニアムです。眺望もよく、部屋も快適で、フロントも親切で、楽しい時間を過ごしました。また滞在できるのを楽しみにしています。

景色の良い快適なコンドミニアム

湖の前に建つ景色の良いコンドミニアムです。レンタカーを借りて、6人で過ごすにはとても快適な滞在でした。コンドミニアムなので、ベッドメイクやゴミ出し、タオルのお洗濯などをお願いするには別料金ということで、自分たちでやりましたが、それを含めても大変過ごしやすく、リピートしたい場所でした。目の前にスタバやサブウェイがありました。

最高でした

5人家族で利用しました。WDWやUniversalに行きましたが、高速も近く移動にも便利でした。周囲に高い建物がないのでとても見晴らしがよいところです。部屋もきれいで広くとてもよかったです。

リゾートのコンドミニアム

レンタカーを借りれば、ディズニーもアウトレットもすぐ近くです。また、至近距離にウォルマートもあるので、自炊自販には困りません。Fier worka viewを依頼したのですが、案内されたのは低層階で花火が見えるわけもなく、変更を申し出ても全く受け付けてもらえませんでした。部屋の清掃はまずまずですが、蟻のような小さな虫が大量にいて不愉快でした。高層階で花火が見えたらもう少し評価は良いですが、みなさんが評価するほどのホテルではありません。あとは値段との釣り合いと思います。

This place is very dirty. Cobwebs and dust on everything. A dirty towel on the floor right when we walk in. Another dirty towel laying on a bed. Dirty sheets just balled up in the closet. A glass pane with 90degree corners was on a shelf in the closet and hanging off the shelf about 5 inches where you would use the hangers to hang clothes. Right at head level. Almost had to go to the hospital because my head hit it. Handle broken off to a bedroom. Faux drawers or cabinet doors fell off in the kitchen. Night stands with the draw bottoms falling off or barely on so those are unusable. They don’t spray for spiders and after I counted over 50 as soon as the sun went down I ran in and locked the doors and that was just one balcony. They have two and each is just as bad. Even the ones by the elevators. These are huge spiders. Not little ones at all. The pool was digusting . Trash in it and people weave allover. And the worst part is a maintenance worker sprayed me and my brother and my car with some kind of chemical. I still don’t know what it was but it was burning my skin. We had to wipe down the car and get a car wash and both take showers right away. The man didn’t speak English to tell me what chemical it was. I have pictures for all this but this review didn’t ask for photos. Also the hotel did nothing at all to accommodate things that were wrong. There was many more things but these were the top complaints.

The condo that we stayed in was clean but had NO cookware. Unit had two pots and no frying pan. We’ve stayed there several times before but this was first time we encountered not having cookware. Also didn’t have any towels for the pool.

We were there for a girl’s national volleyball tournament. The hotel is apx. 20 mins from the Orange County Convention Center. The team stayed at this hotel so it was fun to meet at the pool. The rooms are large and comfortable and it was nice to have the bunk beds in the hall of the unit. We had a great view from our room in Tower 2, unit 601. It needs some fixes. The patio out of the bedroom doesn’t lock, the clock on the living room is broken. The sink and tub drains super slowly in the bathroom of the bedroom with the patio. The DVD remote is missing a battery, and there are several hot iron imprints in the carpet in the bedroom with the patio. We enjoyed our stay as the size of the unit was great, it was comfortable, and a great location.

The only good thing about the property is that its within 15 mins drive from Disney and has stores around it. The presentation is very good but the property is not clean, the carpets are very dirty and I used 2 properties and both had issues in washroom , cleanliness issue and kitchen amenties issue. Even if you complain about something, you will receive an automated message but no actual action, i stayed with flooded bathtub for 3 days.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this condotel. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped - it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect with an amazing view, it exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Aggressively below average property. Bedroom carpet has an awful, strange smell. Roaches appeared every so often. Unit had a busted garbage disposal on day one. One of the bathroom doors were off one of the hinges and did not close properly. Mattresses were mediocre. Curtains and decorations are very tired and old. TVs are hilariously old, there is even an actual DVD player… Long story short, you’re “saving money” on a place like this for a reason. You’re better off somewhere (anywhere) else. Don’t bring your family here. The only silver lining was checking out at the end of the trip.

Ótimo apartamento.

O lugar é maravilhoso, ótima localização. Apenas dois pontos a serem melhorados. Não tem cortina blackout no quarto , então o ambiente é muito claro, mesmo a noite com as luzes externas e os equipamentos de aquecimento localizados dentro do apartamento são barulhentos, causando incômodo a noite.

Poor air conditioning

We emailed the Vacasa because the air con was not flowing in our bedroom and at night it was extremely hot they did respond to the email but it appeared that nothing was done to alleviate our suffering at night

OUTDATED condo with ants.

These are privately owned units that the owner (host) rents out. Our unit was extremely old/outdated. TV in bedroom didn’t work at all and I had to program the whopping 32 inch outdated TV in the living room myself in order to watch. Wood laminate on nightstands in bedrooms was completely missing in spots. Patio furniture was broken and a lone dead plant greeted us on the balcony. ANTS in bathroom and kitchen. Food wrapped on counter covered in ants the following morning when we woke up. The condo itself did have a beautiful view of small lake. Pool was very clean. Im sure other units in these buildings are beautiful. The owner of ours obviously hasn’t invested a dime in years and should not be allowed on Hotels.com.
