"The place didn't have the elevators so we had to ask to the staff to lift our luggages. the room was okay and the hottle lobby's little store provided some snacks, so we were able to buy some stuff in the midnight. although the street i saw through the window looked dangerous.
the major problem occured at the last minuate.
at the last day, we left some shopping bags to the counter due to our schedule and received the storage tickets. when we were about to leave to the airport, we handed over all the tickets and departed with our shopping bags. however after arriving at the airport, we realized two bags were missing and i had to return to the hotel by cab again. it was almost a nightmare.
most of the staffs were kind, but hope they could double check :(
I had to pay additional 50 dollars for the cab. i really wanted to point this out and request some compensation when i came back to the hotel, but i was running out of time at that moment :("
