Christmas stay 2023

The house location was about 28 min to Seaworld with traffic. To Disney world about 25 min with traffic. The property was beautiful! Very nice people and friendly neighbors. Kid alarm on the door for backyard pool that goes off every time you don’t push the button to enter or exit. Lots of stairs to go up and down with luggage. I do have 2 complaints. I really wanted my kids to be able to swim at the house and get in the hot tub. I messaged the property owner Rob who had his house manager reach out to me. He was a nice guy trying to do his best to help. I notified twice that I would like the pool and hot tub to be heated. I tried to turn the hot tub on myself and the heater would never kick on. It was chilly when we were there so I was outside 20-30 min trying to figure it out. The pool never heated at all. The house manager said on his end remotely he said it looks on and was heating but never actually did. The main pool is a shuttle ride a ride that you don’t really want to do in the evenings after walking 7-8 miles per day at the parks. That was frustrating for me. The other thing is the main kitchen trash is tiny. Like a bathroom trash with extremely thin trash bags. They ask for trash to be put outside to be picked up before you check out. The bags busted because they were hygiene bags not kitchen trash bags. So they was not fun to pick up with 3 days worth of 4 kids trash. I would definitely stay on this property again just not this specific house.

25th Wedding Anniversary

The house was perfect for what we needed. We traveled with 3 couples. Everyone had there own room and own bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. Pillows were great. Always had enough hot water for everyone to shower. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Even had a big enough dinning table to fit everyone. We enjoyed the pool too. Great location to Disney. Would return.

Perfect home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was super clean when we arrived and the listing is very accurate. Both owner and property manager and friendly and responsive. Its main living space is very spacious and well layed out. Being inside the Margaritaville Orlando neighbourhood was our favourite thing! We felt super safe and nearby to all our fav stores. I will mention the house is not a show home. It has some signs of normal ware and tear. The hot tub did not heat 2 days while we were there and the pool does not feel like it’s heated based on other heated pool experiences. But overall it was perfect for our family vacation! We would love to come back to this location and will recommend it to friends and family.

Made life a breeze

The house was in short AMAZING. We had a party of 9. This house offered so much space for all of us. The house was clean. The resort was so beautiful. It was like really being on the beach.

Poor Communication and Accommodations for Otherwise Great Space

The actual house was beautiful, spacious, and great proximity to the parks. Unfortunately though, the property manager was not very accommodating and didn’t have some basic necessities such as enough towels for the number of people booked (yes I included it would be ten of us staying in the booking), no blanket for the couch bed, and a TV that couldn’t connect to the internet despite using the manual provided. The margarita machine so clearly featured in the pictures has also been broken for months which was disappointing, although a seemingly low cost blender was still provided. It was also a little unclear in my opinion that the 5th bed was a pull out couch when I originally booked. Like I said, great spot, but extremely disappointed with how the manager prepped the house for the number of people staying and the poor responsiveness and general unhelpfulness. Personally would recommend finding a different stay in the beautiful neighborhood.

Perfect for a large family

We travelled with our 2 adult children and significant bothers so this worked perfectly! We needed at least 3 bedrooms with bathrooms so it does or get better than this! With easy Lyft rides to VJ and from the park it was extremely convenient and far less expensive than staying on a Disney property!!

Great property

This property was great for our family! Close to Disney and a short walk to lots of restaurants as well. Rooms were big and the pool and spa were amazing. Definitely would stay here again.

Magical and fun

We had a great expierence at this property! Contact was easy when we had any questions it was automatically answered! I do wish that they had rugs or anything on the floor because with an infant and tile floors it doesn't go very good together! I also was never able to get a grill or a pack and play because the website never worked. Other than that great expierence 100 percent would stay again

Great for the price

Typically stay at local resorts but this time wanted to feel more at home. Didn’t disappoint. Manager very responsive, community security quick to respond as well if issues with other guests. Would recommend.

Great location

This house is perfect if you plan on being at parks most of your time and just using this as a place to sleep because you cannot use any hotel amenities, as stated. The pool and hot tub are a great plus, when it works. We had issues with the pool and hot tub all week after having to text for 3 days straight I just stopped bothering because I never received an answer on the one day we were just trying to relax and use the pool. Yes the house is very nice and was clean upon arrival but there were some things broken around the house such as blinds, the toilet paper holder and the microwave door handle, and ants were seen by the sink area and the sink was clean, so not really sure what that was about. Overall my family made the best out of the week, towels are provided, however, if you are a large group like us you will need to bring your own. And heads up the pool never really sees sun, the hot tub sees sun for only from about 11 am to 12 pm.

Wonderful Home

Great for our needs

The house was overall great. We wanted to stay on Disney property but due to expense it wasn't realistic for our needs. This property provided us more than what we needed at Disney's property for a lot less. We had 6 adults, two couples and two singles. The couples got to have their own bedrooms and bath, and so did the singles. Everyone in the party liked the house. We basically just slept there. Left in the morning and returned at night after the Disney parks closed. We never used the pool but we did use the hot tub to soak our soar feet every night. The only complaints I would have is that the hot tub doesn't take a few minutes to heat up as the instructions say, it takes about an hour, Keep that in mind. Having two sets of towels for each guest especially for a long stay like ours (8 nights) would be helpful. I understand for keeping things clean but the house is bare as far as no rugs, or much stuff on the walls. Its mostly tile. That is fine but it makes the house feel somewhat cold and sound travels really well throughout the whole 3 story house. Lastly, things like more trash bags, laundry detergent, shampoos, soaps (basic essentials, especially trash bags) would be nice especially for long stays. We only had two trash bags and we were running out of options after a 8 night stay. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again if we were in the area.

Check in and hot tub

We arrived at 3:00 check in was at 4:00 per the email you can drop bags off early if needed before check in at 4:00. When we arrived the unit had not been cleaned at all so we did not get to check in until 6:00. I did contact the host and he stated it was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew but he was very responsive and very apologetic. We had dinner reservations at 7:00 but still had to get dressed and unpacked all 7 of us. You cannot adjust the hot tub at the unit you have to contact the host which takes time for it to heat up at least a few hours. The unit was not that clean but I think it was because the cleaners were in a hurry being that we were sitting outside waiting due to we had been on the road for 8 hours. Very little towels only 2 per room. The host was nice and the location was good.

Great house and a great location

Great experience at the house, everything was as expected and a very responsive owner. Just a couple of notes: the pool is smaller than it looks in the picture, also the house didn't have any cleaning supplies aside from a few dishwasher pods and a melamine sponge (so if you're going for a while it would be a good idea to bring some cleaning spray, etc.), also the margarita maker in the picture isn't there, but there is a blender. Would definitely stay here again, resort transportation from the hotel to the parks was great, good sound system and great atmosphere!

Amazing mini vacation

The house is GREAT the beds all had very comfortable Mattresses and we had an amazing time. The only thing I would point out is the pool does not get much Sun due to the 3 story house and the location BUT the hot tub is hot and it will run off into the pool making it warm enough to swim but you will be in the shade most of the time. We went to the main pool for our Sun time and back to the house for hot tub time.

Surpassed Needs! Amazing!

Excellent stay from check-in until leaving. Gorgeous property, very clean, had everything as listed. Met all needs of nearby stores, restaurants, and being close to Disney! Groceries delivered to porch day we arrived. Loved pool and hot tub of our own. Owner very responsive with any questions. Can’t wait to go back!

Worst experience I have ever had with staying somewhere

My son flew in from Germany and so we were a day late checking in due to flight delays. I reached out to the owner of this property and let him know we would be a day late. When we arrived the lock box was not secured tightly on the gate and came off when we were trying to enter the code to get our key cards. When it did this and we opened the gate the vertical rails easily fell out and once we checked out of this facility we were notified by the owner that we did this intentionally and he's going to charge us for the gate repair. I stated that was insane and explained myself and then he threatened to see me in court. The owner of this property never apologized for not giving us an updated code and we were trying to figure out to get in. I would never use any property by this person again and it makes me not even want to use VRBO. No customer service. No kindness No gratefulness for the $ we spent staying at the property. His welcome letter had misleading points as well. Very disappointed in this experience.

Birthday Weekend

Stay was perfect. Had my Sister, daughter and some of her friends for my sisters birthday, my birthday and my daughters birthday which all land in the same week. With all the crazy of covid was the perfect getaway for a birthday weekend. The only issue i would say we had was lack of extra blankets. Other than that was all good.

Close to Everything

Charming property with everything you will need for a Disney Vacation. 10 mins from Magic Kingdom, 7 minutes from Epcot. Rooms are spacious and appointed nicely. We enjoyed our trip.
