This house was exactly as advertised and more. It was the perfect spot for an extended Orlando trip. The kids loved the pool and game room and the house was stocked well. We even had an issue with the pool heater they immediately fixed and it worked like a charm. The detailed instructions and numerous videos available upon check-in were a nice touch. Plenty of cups, plates, cooking gear, anything you might need they have. The host was very responsive. WE WILL stay here again.

Pool area is immaculate. Bath towels are small and thin and there aren’t enough of them so I had to constantly do laundry for clean towels. One bed in the twin bedroom was broken. Otherwise, this is a great home to stay at near the Disney parks.

Yes, the home was in great shap, super clean, there was a total of eight of us that stayed and it was perfect we all had our own space everybody had their own TV's in there rooms and the best part was the games in the garage the kids loved it.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood and close to Disney parks. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. It was a great alternative to a classic hotel room since we have older kids and everyone had their own room and bath. We also enjoyed the game room located in the homes garage. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was exceptional!!! It matched the description perfectly. The check-in and check-out process was seamless!!! The host demonstrated outstanding communication skills. Everything contributed to a fantastic experience!!! The house was well-equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was great, the community was welcoming, and the staff at the gate entrance were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of activities and stores nearby, which further enhanced our experience at Universal. We would definitely consider staying here again!!

Wonderful Stay!

We were in town for the AAU Volleyball Nationals and wanted a place that had a pool and more than enough space for the entire family. Steve’s property offered us everything we need and more such as having the pool heated, plenty of bedrooms, great location with stores/shops, and fun playroom that kept us active when we had free time. This is definitely an option you should consider if your family needs a several day trip.

Graduation and Disney Celebration

We met with my parents and nieces to celebrate my son’s college graduation. This home was perfect for our family. We also went to Disney and it was a bonus that the rooms had Disney themes. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We only had a short time to really enjoy the pool because of the day at Disney and doing the graduation ceremony activities. We’d love to come back and enjoy more time at the house. Our family enjoyed the game room and pool just wish we’d had planned another day to spend enjoying the home more. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I want to add that we have stayed at several properties and this is one of the most hospitable hosts. We had all the basics. Soap, trash bags, laundry pods, paper towels, toilet paper, dish pods etc. we usually have to make a trip to the store night one of a vrbo and we didn’t have to do that this trip. The home was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Property - Safe, Clean and Close

The property description matches what you get - clean spacious property with 3 1/2 baths, pool, game room (pool table, ping pong, and a few arcades) and a great additional benefit, a club house with fitness center and an another pool (1 to 4 feet) just a 3 minute walk. The gated community was another benefit. Disney attractions just 15 minutes or so, and gobs of restaurants close by. The host, Steve, was very available for questions before and during the stay. Definitely worth a return visit!

Exactly what we were looking for!

This house is beautiful. We had a lovely stay. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Our whole family enjoyed the house and the pool. Our hosts were very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. 100% would recommend!

We were in Orlando for a lacrosse tournament. This place is clean, spacious, and as advertised. The pool is perfect. The community pool and gym are a bonus.
