Your Orlando adventure starts here — 11 miles from Disney World and just 25–30 minutes from Universal's brand-new Epic Universe. This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom Windsor Island Resort townhouse sleeps up to 14 guests and gives two families everything they need under one roof: themed rooms the kids will love, a private south-facing pool, and a world-class resort just one block away.
The home
Spread across two floors, the townhouse features two king suites, a first-floor queen suite, a Star Wars themed room, and a Mickey Mouse themed room complete with bunk beds. The loft movie room — styled like a real cinema — has a queen pull-out sofa and fits the whole group for a movie night. Total sleeping: 10 beds plus a crib and pull-out sofa (14 guests, 10 adults max).
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for family meals. The open living and dining area is bright, spacious, and flows directly out to your private pool patio — no neighbors overlooking you, just sunshine and your family. On clear evenings, some of our guests have spotted the Disney fireworks from the Star Wars bedroom window — a magical bonus if the timing lines up during your stay.
Windsor Island Resort — all included
One block from the Aloha Clubhouse, you're close enough to walk to everything but far enough away for peace and quiet. All resort amenities are included:

Water park with two pools and water slides (9 AM – 7 PM)
650-foot lazy river
9-hole miniature golf
Fitness center with modern equipment
Unlimited arcade game room
Basketball court, sand volleyball, corn hole, and outdoor Jenga
Cabanas with large TV screens (rental fee applies)
Blue Marlin Grille restaurant and bar (11 AM – 10 PM, hours vary by season)

Private pool
Your screened south-facing pool is available throughout your stay. Optional pool heating: $35/night (must cover full stay). Bring or rent a BBQ grill for patio cooking.
House rules
Non-smoking. No pets. Groups over 8 guests: $20/person/night additional fee for extra housekeeping.

Before you check out all the trash needs to be bagged in the 13 gallon trash bags we provided and taken into the trash bench outside the property.
No pets, no shoes on carpet, no firearms or fireworks allowed,visitors will be subject to extra guest fee of 20/person/day if booking exceeds 8 people

A beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and very comfortable for me, my husband, our 5 kids (ages 18, 16, 14, 9 & 9), and my elderly mother. The decor was modern and cozy The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, glasses, pots/pans (Publix is close by as well). We made some nice memories cooking in that beautiful kitchen! The community is quiet, new, and pristine. The kids loved the clubhouse, which was just 5 mins walking. The lazy river, slides, and arcade were their favorites! The only downside is you cannot have anyone visit you in this resort if they are not guests staying with you (their names must be on the contract). This caused a problem when my sister wanted to come visit me as she lives close to Orlando --sadly, they didnt let her through the gate. The good thing about this policy is that the community is very secure and safe as only those on the contracts can enter. All in all, we enjoyed every bit of our stay, and look forward to booking here again.

Pleasant and Convenient

My family and I stayed at this property for our Disney vacation. It was clean, pleasant, and convenient. The owners quickly respond to emails and answer and all questions that you may have right away. We had a great time. I definitely recommend this place.

Awesome Resort!

The townhouse was very clean and the property manager was very responsive. I sent multiple messages asking about the resort amenities in the two weeks prior to our trip and the property manager responded within a couple hours. My family really enjoyed the house - it was clean and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the Windsor Island Resort. We rented cabanas because my elderly parents were with us on the trip and were very pleased. There are only a couple of negatives... 1. Limited number of towels in the house and had to wash towels every day. The listing did not say to bring your own pool towels and it should. 2. The neighborhood was very noisy after 10 pm each night. As we had elderly parents on our trip, this was an issue. We will definitely plan another trip to this property and the Windsor Island Resort. We had a wonderful family vacation!
