It met the requirements to stay. A place to sleep for our party of 4 adults and one child. However I likely will not stay at this property or with this host again. First, I hadn't heard from the host prior to the 18 hours before supposed check-in. I sent them a message and heard nothing. At about 4.5 hours prior to check-in I reached out to VRBO. They tried calling the host and got voicemail. They then sent an email stating if there was no response in 1 hour that they were going to cancel the reservation with a refund. I heard back from the host at the 50 min point (10 min left before they cancelled it). So bad communication not a huge deal still may have gotten a 5 star if that was it. Secondly getting to the property was confusing. The address give on the information page was different from the address when you click get directions. One was the actual house and the other was the house at the corned on the other street (not far). Third the listing is misleading. Yes it could technically sleep 10 if you include the air mattresses depicted in the photos but it would not sleep it comfortably. The would have to go in the common area, back sun room, or garage. No room in the bedrooms for additional beds. On top of that there was only dishes for 5 people and silverware for only 4 people. Forth, some of the lights and fans either didn't work or couldn't be adjust.
