Step outside to your screened private swimming pool and spa, where you can cool off after the theme parks, enjoy the Florida sunshine, or unwind together at the end of the day.

The pool faces north and is enclosed by a screened pool area.

Optional Pool & Spa Heat: $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. Please request heating at least 48 hours before arrival.

Bed linens and towels are provided at the beginning of your stay. Washcloths are not provided, as they are considered personal items.

GRILL & VACATION GEAR

A small 18-inch charcoal grill is available FREE upon request. The grill must be requested before arrival or by 5:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Propane grills and additional vacation equipment may be rented through outside providers at the guest's expense.

PET-FRIENDLY

Small pets and dogs weighing under 40 pounds are welcome with a $150 pet fee per animal.

Guests are responsible for pet-related damage or additional cleaning.

Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable requirements.

PARKING

The private driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles.

The community has an active towing policy. Vehicles may not be parked on the grass, block neighboring homes, or park in undesignated areas. Additional vehicles must use designated overflow parking.

SECURITY

Exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the home for guest and property security. There are no cameras inside the home.
