Another decent Disney Storey rental
This is our 3rd stay in Storey Lake Resort and this property was good but not great. The pros were communication was quick but when we arrived there were a lot of things broken like the kitchen faucet handle and closet doors and one of the sliding doors to the outside. It was clean, just not well maintained or checked in between renters.
They came the next day to fix things, but some things couldn’t be fixed like the outdoor table’s rusted feet and the worn out couch. Again, just needed some updates and caretaking and it would have been a 5.
At the end there was a disagreement about the pool heating fee (the pool was heated longer than we asked and became unusable for half of the week) but they did agree to discount us that fee.
Again, not horrible, not great but that’s kind of what we’ve come to expect in Storey Lake unfortunately.
