「シャワーが少し弱い。」

「チェックアウト時にフロントが不在で鍵を置いて出発した。 部屋の芳香が強すぎた。」

「部屋は禁煙なのに煙草臭かったのは残念だった。 しかしモーテルでは二階の部屋が割り当てられ、階段で荷物を運ぶのに苦労することが多かったが、ここのフロントの方は事前に希望を聞き、一階の部屋を案内してくれて有り難かった。 」

「I paid for a couples room with fire place bed and bed did not work and when i called to front office they were very uninterested in trying to figure out why it wasn't working Bery unprofessional l. Room service very loud at 6am cleaning rooms and rolling carts, inconsiderate that people are sleeping.」

「CTA駅も近く、敷地内に十分な台数分の駐車場も完備されており、ハイスクールの目の前と言う事もあり治安は良い場所にあると思われる。 ホテルに宿泊以外の何を求めるかによるが朝食もついてるし、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、電子レンジもあり特に不便は無い。 それぞれの部屋が駐車場に面している事もあり、毎晩セキュリティをセットした車のクラクションの音に悩まされた。 職員の人が連絡を取っていた様だが、解決していなかった為、無断駐車なのか？と思ってしまった。 そういう点はルーズ…。 また泊まりたいか？と言われると、リピートは無い。」

「Everything looked excellent if not for the horrible smoking odor. Just as I requested, I was told at checkin that I was assigned a no smoking room. But alas for the heavy smoke smell. It was so strong that I had to protect myself with masks. By the time of my departure after just one night, my devices and items wore terrible smelling. At checkout I reported the horrible smoking issues and was told that it must have been the last user. I wonder why the room was not inspected prior to assigning...
