The Water Spash on Tudhope Park are just a short stroll away - The perfect location for relaxing and playing. Downtown Orillia and and HWY 11 is 5 minutes drive. Spacious and bright clean home for you to relax and retreat with family and friends. Enjoy fishing and boating on both Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching.

Every house has its own custom and rules, please observe and apply while you are staying in the property.
House Rules:
No pets
No Smoking
No Shoes in the house, indoor sandals are provided in the closet
No Parties, neighbors can call police if disturbed
No Loud Noise after 10pm to respect quiet residential neighborhood (City of Orillia restrict rule)
Please wash all DIRTY dishes, there are dishwasher soap under the sink
Kept the place clean and tidy
No outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host
Additional fee for extra guess, 20/person/night
Maximum guests staying in the house are 10 people.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property
If you break/damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement/repair
Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests
