This unit is in the Alamanda complex. All rooms seem to be decorated in a similar fashion.
The property managers, Laurène and David from Cap SXM were great. The best we have seen in all our travels.
We had some small ants and they came over in minutes and sprayed and we never saw ants again
The complex is right off the beach and has a nice pool. 1 bedroom unit was great with no issues. The unit has a view of the ocean and a partial view of the sand over the gate leading to the beach on the right.
Great location to restaurants and beach. Parking is always available except on Saturday nights if you get in after 1900 the restaurant crowd takes all the parking spots.
It has a sleeper sofa that is comfortable for short periods at a time.
If improvement were made they might add a bread knife and replace the toaster with a normal, modern version. The current toaster is a manual version where you have to judge when to turn off the toaster to prevent burning the toast and smelling up the apartment. You need to manually flip the toast over and the top of the toaster is very hot. My wife burnt her arm badly once when reaching across the toaster to pick up something.
The unit is great and highly recommended!
