Spacious and nice neighborhood.

We stayed here over Christmas to spend the holiday with our grown children living in the area. This was a basement apartment but was VERY spacious. There were 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an eating area, kitchen and two living areas. I also appreciated the washer and dryer in the storage area and the Christmas tree that was set up and very beautiful. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us without feeling like we were crammed in together. Only 5 of us slept at the apartment though. One especially nice bonus is that Walmart was only 5 minutes away. There was also a park a short walk away that we walked to every day. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

BYU Trip

Everything about the property was as advertised and more. We had a lovely stay and so enjoyed being able to be together as a family in this beautiful space. We attended a BYU football game and getting to and from the game was very easy from this location.

Great stay in a nice neighborhood

The space is a large basement apartment in a brand new home and neighborhood, tucked away in a very convenient area of Orem. The property was exactly as described - spacious and comfortable. The host was great. Would recommend.

Perfect

Came to Utah to visit family with my father and two children. The home was a perfect location by restaurant, shopping, and main roadways for travel. House was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were the perfect layout, and my kids had a great time playing with the toy kitchen. The host was extremely kind and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Immaculate and cozy!

The perfect kid friendly place to stay! The host has done a great job of thinking of all the little details for staying with kids and we loved it! We will definitely be back if we ever need a place to stay near Provo :)

Great option for a larger group

My family and I needed a place to stay that would accommodate 7 of us and our dogs. This place was perfect and was appropriately priced! Gave us more space to move around, helpful to have a full working kitchen and two bathrooms as well. It didn’t feel like a basement apartment. I would stay there again. The host also addressed any concerns throughout our stay.

The perfect home away from home!

We had an amazing stay at the property! The location was perfect - peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make our stay comfortable. Perfect Location & Very Spacious

I was a little worried about staying in a basement apartment but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The owner's directions were very clear and accurate. The apartment is spacious, clean, bright and well equipped. It did not feel like a basement. Check in and check out was very easy.

We had a girls retreat, and this place was absolutely perfect. It was clean and spacious, and the host was very communicative and helpful. We would love to come back.

it was cold and we could not control our heat. not enough wash rags. no instructions on how to work tv. the toilet seat had a crack in it. i got several cuts from it and so did the person that i shared the bathroom with, we had to put a wash rag over it so we could pee. we had to put a blanket over the window in the master bedroom so we could have privacy, no instructions on how to leave the place.

Excellent Place!

Thank you so much to our hosts! I would stay again anytime I am visiting Utah. Property was super clean, spacious, in a very convenient location, and hosts are the nicest people. It was really a lovely experience!

Great place to stay!

We were in town for a Ballroom tournament, and the proximity to the Marriott center was great. (not too close, not too far) I almost don't want anyone to know how great this place was so it will be available the next time we need to be in the Provo area. The rooms are a good size, the living space is great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I slept well, and that is always a plus! I don't give 5 stars very often, but this place deserves it.

This property was great for our Christmas stay while visiting our grown children’s families. They even provided a decorative Christmas tree for the week. We are looking forward to staying again in the spring or summer.
